I miss spectromagic

That is pretty much it. I just liked it better and miss it(I was just listening to the soundtrack) was wondering if anyone else feels the same way

Me too! My kids and I are probably in the minority but we just do not like the Main St. Electrical Parade.

I miss it too. The MSEP was nice at first to have something different, but to me and my family it just does not compare to Spectro Magic.

Us too...we really missed spectro....MSEP is o.k., but in our opinion Spectro really is magical

Totally agree. MSEP was good for one go around for me. Spectro I could see every night and not get tired of it.

I'm always so happy to be there, it doesn't matter which parade I see. To me, they each have their own magic.

I think I saw Spectro in 1996 but I am not certain. I am going again next week and I am so happy it is the original MSEP, when I saw Spectro in 1996 I was very upset because my parents took me to Disney in the late 70's and late 80's and I all I knew was the MSEP music and parade and when I saw the new one I was like "What is this, it's not the same". I am the type that likes nostalgia and the original and I even bought the music for my IPOD and have been listening to it. I guess if you were first introduced to Spectro that would be what you would be partial to, maybe I willl watch it on youtube but I prefer the original.

I miss spectro too, but I'm glad that I'll be seeing MSEP once more with my DH on the trip (holy cow, he'll FINALLY be my DH on this trip!!!) and again with my parents, who haven't seen it since the early early 90's.

Count me in as well....I totally miss Spectro... While it was nice to see MSEP last year, I really thought it was going to be a summer/fall thing and that's it. Here we are, going on a year and a quarter and no news of MSEP going back to Cali....

Hoping that they bring back spectro soon.....however, I fear it's never coming back....they may replace MSEP with a new parade and MSEP goes back west.....
