I misplaced my rewards card

I received a new rewards card good till 12/2011 with 52 points on it.

I can not remember where I put it.

During the time the card arrived we were boxing up everything in the house and storing it. My mind was not on the rewards card at all.

I've lost my reward card before too, so I feel your pain! If you call Chase, they'll send you another card, no problem...
