my apologies to my basket person, i haven't sent mine out yet. i will get it in the mail tomorrow. i'm so sorry that i waited so long. but i havent gotten mine yet either, so i don't feel quite so bad. anyway, i will be sending it out tomorrow.

I got mine from Annie and Hallie's mom (LIZ) and it is just wonderful! Lotion and Yankee Candle tlights and some little Disney plush....sooo cute! Thanks again Liz! Anyway I just finished buying for my person today so I'm one of the laggers too! It will go out bright and early Monday morning!

I'm getting a bid worried since mine apparently has not gotten to it's destination yet since I haven't seen the person post....If I don't see a post on here today I might have to let the person know who they are and then go to the post office and check up on it. I'm a bit worried now!!!!!!

I haven't received mine yet either so hopefully it's on it's way.

It Came!! My gift basket came today!


I got home from work to find a VERY nice surprise sitting on my front porch today. It was a box from December99 that smelled very nice, so I was concerned that something inside had broken. Fortunately, what was giving the pretty aroma were a dozen assorted Yankee Candles potpourri tarts. No wonder it smelled great on the outside!

In a very pretty basket with a ceramic handle, Chris (Christmas99) also included a Yankee Candles car air freshener, just in time since my old one is almost all used up. She also sent me a Minnie Mouse Lilo, a small box of chocolates (yum!!), and three car antenna toppers from the Disney Store. One is the American flag, right in time for the 4th, a green hawaiian print one, and Mickey ears with the sun and sunglasses. Perfect for summer!

Chris enclosed something personal from her area of the country: a yo-yo and a key ring from her hometown. Too cute!

Well, it is like Christmas at our house today. My biggest dilemma is which antenna topper will go on which car, and should I eat some chocolate before dinner? If it were Christmas I would, so what the heck, right?

Thanks again Chris! You did a nice job selecting your gift basket items for me. Wasn't this fun?

Joanna I'm so happy you liked it. This was very hard for me to do...harder than I thought it would be!!!!!! But of course, I couldn't do this without putting some toppers in there!!!! You can put the flag one on until next week, then put the sun one on for summer and then put the green one on for the DIS the rest of the year!!!!

I got my basket yesterday. It was sent to the wrong house, and then that person just brought it to me. Thanks LGM, I love everything in it. Bath and Body Works is my fave. And I love the sugar scent. Thank you so much.

I haven't sent mine out yet, but I will on Friday. I just need to get one more item, and then take it to Mail Boxes, etc. to send it out. Sorry it's late, but life got in the way. (boy, I seem to be saying that a lot)

I received mine. I came home from a great week at CBR, needless to say I was very depressed and awating me was a great basket from Liz(Kaos Creator) and her daughter Meg.

It had all kind of goodies in it and even had a few surprised for my dog.

Once again thanks Liz and Meg I loved everything in the basket.

Ok, I'm worried that my person has not received their basket yet. They have not pm'ed me or posted to this thread. Hummm, I mailed it a week ago and the post office said three to four business days is all it would take. Eeekkk, I sure hope they've just been having such a good holiday that they haven't had time to "DIS".

Well, the post office must be really slow, Keli said that she sent it last week and I didn't get it till today, but I did get it. The basket itself was really nice, and so were the things in it. It had a mickey photo album, a winnie the pooh address/agenda book, plus 3 nice candles, some raspberry bath products, potpurri, and a stamp. It came at a perfect time too as I am at camp all week during the week.
