when and where do i get my actual tickets for the park?

If you are staying on property you will key your "key to the world" when you ckeck in. It is your room key, your park pass, and can even be used to purchase items around the park and it is billed to your room. That last one is not automatic. At check in they will usually ask you if your want charging privs, on which keys and if you want to set a limit. If your just ordered tickets I'm not sure where you would get those.
