I made reservations but didnt recieve.....

my confirmation email!! She said she was going to email it to me. The transaction went through and still no email. Does it usually take a while to get the email or should I call them and ask them whats up?

Did you write down a confirmation number for the reservation? Did you get one at the end of the phone call? Maybe check your spam folder if you have a spam filter on your email. If not, maybe they have your email address wrong. I would call for piece of mind. Good luck.

me too....The cm said I would receive it, but its been 2 days and nothing I did check the confirmation number on the disney website,(about 1/2 hr after I booked it) and it is there but I'm still waiting for the email, too.

I made 2 reservations using the same address and email information. I received one confirmation through email for one ressie, and the other one by actual mail. Even when I changed resorts on both of the ressies a few days ago, I only recieved the one email.

Sometimes it takes a few days to receive the email. I made my reservations by phone on a Tuesday and didn't receive the email til Saturday of the same week.

I didn't know that they sent email confirmations...When I booked mine last year they only gave the number over the phone...I think next time I will request it be emailed as well...just in case...
