We'll their is a first time for everything I guess... I am in the 900 loop! All the sites they kept giving me were inside the 800 loop and not the outsides. I doubt it's full I'll go check it out later, I think it's just their computer system. The CM was very nice though and when she mentioned the 900 loop I said what the heck, I had three sites written down as okay. We'll see how it goes, but no free Wi-Fi. Thought that might be a benefit for being closer to the Meadow Trading Post. Darn it.

So far so good, hope the weather is good for MK on Friday!

I think you will like the 900 loop. It's a small loop so it will have less traffic, it's really close to the Meadows store, and the sites are nice. I want a site on the outside of any loop 600-900. These are all between the meadows and the settlement. For the last several trips we have been in the 1800 loop loving the big roomy sites and the quietness of the remote location. Needing a change, we are heading to the for mentioned loops for our next trip. Anyway, glad to here you are there, I am very very wishing we were just arriving.

Tiggerdad I am in site 928, I just walked over (oh man that was way to easy, gonna hurt the bank account) Meadows Trading Post and got one no problem. The CM was apologizing as the kit was a mess and I told her not to worry, it was probably just thrown back in there because we are all over having to get these things. She chuckled at that and said, "It sounds like you've gotten these before here." I told her I got it back in November so she skipped explaining the whole thing.

I still have to hook up all my outside lights, but other than we are pretty settled.

Looking forward to getting that Chicken dinner tonight!

The sites are surprisingly wider and roomier than I expected, but the loop is small. Lol! This would be perfect for someone who can't walk a lot. The bus stop, comfort station are a stone throw away.

We have someone across from us and had to use a little of their front end if their pad to back in here . That's we always ask for an outside site as it seems easier for hubby to back into. I am not a big fan of the 600 loop as it's not tree'd enough for me.

I think I might miss the carriage ride coming through the loop on the 800 this weekend, but who knows maybe I'll like this loop better. You never know until you try. It sure seems like the Dis'ers here like this loop.
We use to do the 1900 loop when we had a travel trailer and so agree we always loved that area and it's quietness. But, we started doing the premium when we got the 5'fer and slide out. I do miss the 1900 loop though.

900 is our go-to Premium loop when we want that type. Close to the pool, TP, campfire, and lots of good stuff. I hope the weather cooperates for you.

Hi Richard,

Both sites are available next to me right now. Their are two others here witha Mickey Light Post that I have yet to meet on this loop. I have only met my neighbor across from me so far (he's here from Port St. Lucie).

See ya Saturday, you lucked out on the weather. It's suppose to be better by Saturday right now. But they are saying thunderstorms will roll in early this afternoon and stay til 8pm both today and Friday. It's nice at the moment this morning, but 50% chance of rain both days.

I am biting my nails here as I have FP for Friday at 7pm for the Mine Train and my dog will not let us leave if it's that nasty outside.

Their saying it's not gonna be good later today and tomorrow. 50% chance of rain in the afternoons until late in the evening. I have FP for the 7 Dwarfs Mine Train tomorrow evening, so cross your fingers for me that the rain ends early. You know I booked it at 7:30pm, because I thought for sure the afternoon storms would be done by then. Course' we have also have had two solid weeks of amazing good weather, so of course that wasn't gonna last for my vacation. LOL!

I have a few pictures on my Facebook page, Friends of Disney's Fort Wilderness. I will show some here, but using photo bucket on my phone is a pain. Love this site, we use to get 932 almost every time but, it was very had to back in with out trailer. 901 was by far the easiest yet.

The drive down was great and the wife was fine till we almost got stuck in a hotel and gas station parking lot late last night, we ended up just going to an Holiday Inn Express for the night in Ocala, very nice and truck/ RV parking.

Yes, this would be a great site for decorating the site. Plenty of room and right at the entrance for all to see you decorations. This our new favorite site.

The toilet issue was an easy fix after looking at it and fixed it with no new parts.


I understand on the Facebook situation, but you could just click over and look for my page and check out the pictures. You don't have to join in to see them. But, I will post here when I get back.

Congratulations on making it safely and can't wait to see pics. We just crossed by a couple of days, we left last Friday and are so missing it already.
We were in site 117 we didn't really love it at first but it also grew on us during our stay. In fact I think pulling into almost every site we have stayed in at the fort I had a little question of how good it was, but by the time we leave it is always the best site ever. I am pretty sure all the sites are the best ever as long as you are at the fort.

It seems like as soon as we leave I am always starting to focus on how to get back.
