Congrats to the OP! That takes a lot of dedication! WTG!
Banzai, may I ask what your professional aspirations are? Just curious.
As for this comment...
You do know that there is controversy regarding GS and Planned Parenthood, right? That is to say no organization is perfect. I have been involved in GS for years and I have many issues with the organization, but I refuse to let it get in the way of doing what is best for the kids. JMO, of course.

Congrats to the OP. You should be proud of your accomplishments.
As a leader, perhaps you can join your fellow scouts in reversing the discriminatory practices of the BSA. I think the scouts do some great things but lots of kids don't get a chance to participate. For example, just this week the executive board of our synagogue took a vote on whether or not to allow the formation of a troop. It was voted down unanimously because of the discrimination issue. As a result, lots of young boys in our congregation won't have the opportunity to join a local troop.
Sorry to get on my soapbox. I think the boy scouts are a great organization in every way except this one. My DD is a girl scout and loves every minute of it.
