I am asking two favors to save me some time--

First, please do not spell out your email address (john doe at service dot com). That takes extra time on my part.

Second, it would also be helpful if you included your email address on a separate line and it wasn't the last thing you wrote. This helps when I delete the email addresses from the response. Please see LoBeth's request on p. 62 as an example.
