I loved Toy Story 3

Alicia & I just saw it. Unbelievable. Loved it. Might be the best out of the three. :thumbsup2

2 more very enthusiastic thumbs up from DH and I! We laughed so hard and we both teared up towards the end. I think it climbed the list of our favorite Pixar movies for sure- it was fantastic!!

All these great reviews have me excited to see it

Loved it. I almost lost it a few times during the movie, but I sobbed for like the last 10 minutes! Great movie, and we did not see it in 3D. Quite possibly my favorite Pixar movie ever. (And I like them all.)

I can't wait to see it!!! Tomorrow is the Toy Story party I planned for my DD and her friends... hopefully they'll sit through the movie because I really want to see it! :-)

Exactly!

I KNEW I was going to love the movie when Ken appeared in those turquoise, rolled-up shorts!!!!
The movie was fabulous!!! Our whole family loved it.

LOVED it even despite all the heavy moments. In my opinion it rivals the first movie and is better than the second one. That's just me thoughXD

And Spanish Buzz!!!! I loved that they played the Gipsy Kings at the end with their version of 'You've Got a Friend in Me.'. They always do really great renditions of Disney songs!<3

There is some talk around the interent that one of the little girls in the older kid's room at Sunnyside is Boo from Monsters Inc!

I had not heard that. This might be old news but did everyone pick up on an adult Sid towards the end of the movie? The sanitation worker that picks up Lotso in the dump and attaches him to the truck? That was Sid from the first movie.

I heard that too! Clever. ::yes::

I read a site that had a list of Easter Eggs in TS3. Of course I can't find it now, but there were some pretty cool ones. I love the way Pixar puts those little references in. Disney does too, but not like Pixar does.

I never heard this, but I guess Pixar puts characters from upcoming movies in their movies too. In UP! when the house is floating up and goes by a little girl's bedroom window, on the floor next to her bed is a Lotso bear. I just love that kind of stuff.

Actually, the trash guy who picks up Lotso is not Sid. ("Lotso" guy seems to be older and burlier.)

Sid is the skinny young trash guy first seen picking up the trash on Andy's street, early in the movie. They give us a pretty good shot of his familiar skull t-shirt. He's wearing headphones, and jamming to his loud rock music. He appears again toward the end of the movie, still rocking out to his headphones, working on the truck that our heroes use to hitch a ride (which is different than the Lotso guy's truck).

but it doesn't distract from it either. Plus most of the coming attractions are in 3-D and I enjoyed that.

I already wrote a review on another thread, so I will just say that I don't think I enjoyed this as much as One or Two. As much as I enjoyed those though, that isn't a knock against this movie. I got a little teary-eyed at the end also.

No one has mentioned the great short at the beginning yet. I loved that. I especially liked the "commercial" for Vegas they worked into it!

Also because they called the bear Lotso, I was thinking about Pogo the whole movie.

I was just about to mention the short...

For those who don't know whether it's "worth it" to do 3D: it's worth it just for the Pixar Short prior to TS3. That short is made for 3D, and 3D is made for that short. It was brilliant.

It was a great movie! Took the kids for Father's Day and all ages 2-16 loved it as did the adults. Worth seeing in the theater!.

Enjoy!

I watched TS3 last night. It was a very good movie, but not the best. I saw it in 3D, but not in IMAX. I don't think the story needed 3D as it was pretty good on its own. And yes, I did cry a little.

We saw it as a "Father's Day Do-over" outing (seeing as how DH was driving home from WDW on Sunday!) and we all loved it. I bawled at the end...I'm a sap, I guess. DH teared up a little as well, I think. Personally, I think I like it best of the three. I really want to see it again - I think we'll take my mom next week. We didn't see it in 3-D, and I don't think it needed it. The storyline is just awesome.

We loved TS3. We were in Downtown Disney on Friday ans went to AMC to see it. What a great way to end our vacation to Disney!
