I loved the ending of Joe Millionaire!

I'm not a sentimental person, but I almost cried. THat was such a sweet ending. I'm happy he picked the classy and sweetest woman out of the bunch. I'm also happy the network suprised the two with the million dollar check. They really deserved it. The other females were so catty and petty:rolleyes: I remember why I don't have many female friends.
Anyway I hope they have a wonderful life together.

BTW, I would of loved to see the expression on Sara's and the other's faces, especially the one with the curly hair who looks like she's in need of a bath and a good hair wash When Evan and Zora were surprised with the Million Dollar Check I'm sure they were shocked to bits:p

It was a great ending. I was pleasantly surprised at his choice. I hope he's a nice guy and Zora is happy.

I agree - great ending! I've been watching since day 1. I'm so glad for Zora and for the reason she picked him. What a great gal she is! I'll be curious to see the aftermath show next week.

Trust nobody … teacher on `Millionaire' also promoted `C-P!'

I've always suspected reality shows aren't exactly real.

So, I was only mildly surprised when the construction worker posing as a rich guy on Joe Millionaire turned out to be an underwear model.

And I was amused to learn that Sarah Kozer, the oh-so- sophisticated blonde who's one of two finalists for Joe's affections, has appeared in fetish and bondage films.

So much for her career in "sales and design."

But I'm aghast at the secret past of Joe Millionaire's other girlfriend, New Jersey's own Zora Aldrich.

The shy, sensitive substitute teacher from Lambertville. The 29-year-old brunette who's so modest she wore a tank top over her bikini during a not-so-hot-tub scene.

Well, I have a videotape of this same woman prancing around in a negligee - in public.

And oh the horror: She's doing this in an ad for the Courier-Post.

It seems Zora has been an actress-model in this area for several years. And before Fox-TV sent her to a chateau in the French countryside, we put her outside a generic house in Gloucester Township.

Zora appeared in a TV ad campaign in early 2001 touting doorstep delivery of the Courier-Post. In one spot, a sleepy-looking woman in a bathrobe opens her door, ADVERTISEMENT - CLICK TO ENLARGE

reaches for the paper - and encounters Zora and a male model in their undies.

Now, speaking of reality TV, this doesn't actually happen to many readers. Instead, the scene's a metaphor " for all the different things that we put on your doorstep each day," says Carl Lovern, the paper's director of market development.

And since a more literal approach to this paper's contents might put people like me on your porch in a thong, I'm all for Carl's creative vision.

Lovern recalls Zora as an easygoing professional who didn't let the day's subfreezing temperatures affect her performance.

But modest? Not really.

"She was trying on different negligees with no problem," he says.

And Zora's agent, Annie Holvey, says her client is nothing like the near-zombie shown on painful-looking dates on Joe Millionaire.

"I asked her about that," says Holvey. "She said, ` Annie, you can't believe how much they edit out.'"

The charade ends tonight, when Joe - who's actually Evan - makes a final choice and a confession. But Fox is promising one last twist.

I'd like the show to end with Zora and Sarah wandering through the chateau, searching for Evan. They throw open the front door - and find him embracing his true love.

No, not the butler.

Instead, it's Spot News, this paper's mascot.

Hey, it's fresh. It's kinky.

And it just screams "doorstep delivery."

I too loved the ending - the only way it could have been better would have been to have the other girls present so that we could see their shocked looks when the money was presented!! Waiting another week to see what happens!

The ending didn't surprise me. I predicted it weeks ago. I figured he'd be awarded money to truly make him "Joe Millionaire" As for the romance I doubt it will last. They never really seemed into each other.

I don't know if I enjoyed watching Zora win or watching Sara LOSE!!!:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Bringing Melissa back was great, we got to see her being catty and how she REALLY felt. I thought her quote that Joe was a "loser" because he hadn't inherited the money showed her priorities in volumes....

On the other hand I'd want my SON to marry Zora!!! And if the underwear modeling was all they could "dig" up on her then that's pretty darn good! Any woman who takes care of the elderly get HIGH POINTS in my world. My Dad was in a nursing home last year and I saw people who NEVER got a visit from a blood relative and looked like the world had totally forgotten them. She took on the job of reminding the people who helped get us to where we are today and for that I commend her. I know how hard it is.

Her comment that she would help her aunt in Yugoslavia who was suffering from cancer showed who she was also. I don't think Sara mentioned one unselfish thing.

I don't know or care about their "relationship". I do care that the nice guy didn't finish last this time! Now she can have an apartment with HEAT! :teeth:

It's the best "reality" ending I've seen in a LONG time!!! How romantic, too!:D

Good ending!
I loved seeing Sarah's face when she was told he wasn't a millionaire, and that he didn't choose her! LOL

Last night was the only episode I watched, and I Loved the ending!! :)

I was THRILLED with the ending!:D :D :D

However, evidently Zora and Evan haven't been able to date or see one another since Thanksgiving - when they returned from France (because they had to keep the ending secret). It will be interesting to see what happens now.

I liked how they brought Melissa back to "help Sarah pack" so she'd have someone to whine and complain and backstab with for the camera. How about the conversation they were trying to have out of earshot of the camera about what Sarah "did that night" and whether or not that "made her look stupid."

for awhile there in the beginning, i actually liked sarah and melissa. for whatever reason, they seemed to click with evan...well, until melissa's cooking date. and then i just kept getting this feeling about sarah that i didn't like. she kept talking about how "that could be changed". that turned me away from her. i'd always liked zora though! but i was waiting for some awful twist in the end...i thought they would dig up something really bad about her or something. but she was so sweet...and so genuine!!!

i loved the ending...he was truly blown away by that money! i hope that they are able to find a way to be together now that this is all over with! they make an adorable couple!!!

I also loved the ending. I think Sarah was green with envy and couldn't believe she didn't get picked. They made it look so catty when Melissa came to get her. I was very happy for Zora. It would be so nice if it worked out for them.

I don't really care if their relationship works out. I'm just glad that Zora was his pick. The footage they showed of her with the elderly showed her true self. It's about time that someone with a brain wins something on reality tv. I'm glad that she got paid nicely for the show too.

I wonder what Fox would have done if Zora decided that she didn't like Evan anymore? They probably would have given Evan the entire million and let her know about it. Actually, that would have been a great ending for Sarah!:D

What were Sarah & Melissa whispering about? "Do you think he didn't pick me because we kissed?" KISSED? Is that what she really meant?

I'm a sap for a happy ending and LOVED it!!
When it almost seemed like Evan was going to tell Zora that it wasn't her, she still smiled and kept it together, unlike Sarah and when he told her, after she thought she had it locked up, it was priceless!!!!!

Then of course the catty comments that she and Melissa were making just validated how insincere they both were. Sour grapes, anyone?

I would have loved to have seen their faces when Paul presented Evan and Zora with the cheque though, now THAT would have been priceless!

Love to see the girl (I think the only girl) who didn't try to manipulate or throw herself at Evan, win!

btw, we use closed captioning (for Patrick) and you don't want to know how the cc wrote the "sounds" that were happening when Sarah and Evan were in the woods. Not DIS-appropriate, but funny as hell when you think that she did it for nothing..... ;)
CC

Hey CC-that was not just closed captioning. They showed us the words too! The slurps and other remarks. Pretty funny!
