Do you tell your loved ones that you love them on a regular basis? I do. I tell my kids at least once a day but probably much more than that. I also tell my mom every time I talk to her(once a day) My good friends I usually tell on special occasions...lol..like in a b-day card. DH and I just went through a very rough patch and we are making an effort to tell/show each other every day this year. We are only 6 days in and I feel like it's already making a difference in our marriage.

Yup, at least once a day for DH and pretty much everyday for DS as he heads out the door to school. The dogs get lovin's everyday too :goodvibes

I tell DH and my kids it all the time. I never miss a day without saying "I love you".

I tell my DFi and my parents more than once a day! We're people with big hearts and could talk about our feelings all day, everyday.

I think it's SO important to tell the people you care about you love them everyday.

I talk to my parents everyday at work, and i tell them i love them everytime. I tell dh and dd i love them everyday, multiple times. :lovestruc

God Forbid, If something ever happens to me or them, i want them to all know i love them with all of my heart!

Absolutely, both DH and DD14. In fact, when DD goes to bed, we have this little thing we do; the one who starts it varies:

"Good night"
"Good night"
"Sweet dreams"
"Sweet dreams"
"I Love you!"
"I love you too"
"I love you more"
"I love you most!"

And whoever gets the "most" is the winner :goodvibes Even at 14 she counts on this each night, and on the rare occasions we're not able to she tells me she has a hard time going to sleep. :lovestruc

I tell my hubby many times a day especially when leaving for work and at night or when talking on the phone. My DS at home at night and everytime he leaves the house. My older DS's whenever they leave to go home or when talking to them on the phone. My sister and I now say it to each other after many years of not.

Multiple times a day.

One time DBF and I had a fight and before he left for whereever he was going (can't remember now) I didn't tell him I loved him. I felt horrible. I thought "what if something happens to him and I didn't tell him I loved him the last time we spoke?" I have said it at the end of every conversation now-even when we are having a disagreement. We have decided to NEVER go to bed mad and without saying "I love you."

I tell DD all the time. When she was little we loved reading "To the Moon and Back" so saying I love you to the moon and back became our thing. For Christmas I got her this and she wears it every day. (I cried when she opened it Christmas morning and she loved it.) It is also engraved on the back of one of her old iPods.

Absolutely. My DH and kids hear it from me every day.
My parents and siblings hear it from me often.

I grew up in a home where we knew we were loved, but my parents weren't much for verbalizing the words. In my own family, we all tell each other I love you every day. My kids will be much more comfortable expressing that loves in words than I ever was growing up.

Edited to add, my parents were never openly affectionate with each other in front of the kids either and my DH show our affection to each other often.

All the way to the moon and back!

I try to every day. I have to work at it though. It's harder to stay in the habit with teens! ;)

It was never said in my family growing up so I'm trying, but I'm still not very touchy feely.
