I Love VMK because thread......

In the spirit of my other post, and not wanting to be a hypocrite, I thought I should be the first to try to bring the balance back to fun here!

I love VMK because...
**It's free!
**I have met some really cool people there!
**It's sooooooo colorful!
**It sparks my imagination!
**I can "go to the park" without standing in long hot lines! LOL!!
**I look really young there! We are all ageless and flawless in cyberspace!!
**I can wear things I never would, in real life!! HA HA!!

i think that is great i joined vmk for my love of disney and i would have never found it if it hadn't been for ( this will sound weird ) a newspaper article in the buisness section it was a picture of the jungle cruise dock i still have the article...... but i went to my friends house ( before i got my new computer ) and we made a new character this was during beta and i fell in love with the game and i still am

I love VMK because ...
- I can buy as many rooms as I want and not pay rent
- Even though the games can get a little boring, at least there's a way to make credits to spend!
- The prospect of new items on the weekends (even if it is a funny-looking turkey leg cart, LOL)
- Of the Peter Pan dark ride!
- We all have the same dance moves and can never feel insecure about how we look!
- There is a birthday cake as an emote, haha
- I can float in space!
- Teleporters! As much as VMK tries to be like the parks, I'm glad it's not entirely like it because you obviously can't walk into a pink Monsters Inc. door and reappear somewhere else!
- The lights/lamps can be turned on (LOL, these little things still amuse me) as well as the campfire! I mean, they could have just as easily made a campfire that was always burning!
- Seeing how people use the same items I have in such a creative manner. Okay, so maybe a chair for me will always be a chair and nothing else, but other people have great imaginations and I love being able to see that!
- I can be pink if I want to be.

** I can hang out with my friends anytime - there's always a party going on!
** I can be a pirate and SHOOT people if I want! LOL!
** I can wear a tiara around and not have ppl look at me funny

** I can dance for hours and never get tired!
** I can change my clothes 10x in one day and never have to do laundry

a small group of us were being goofy.

We went to the gallery and brought our cookies. Thinking of camping out to wait for host hula.

we decided to move around. We went to the treasure room, we figured if we cant have dreams, we should get treasure.

Then I figured, I bet ned knows where hula is. So we saw ned, he wasnt talking (but he did give me 20 credits @_@ )

so i thought the yeti is my home boy. he will help us. He wasnt talking either >_<

then hula showed up, and left, i ran after her, she was gone, she came back, i went back, she left.

haha! then just when we thought it was over, she came back and gave Diskelco the grand prize

WOOT DIS!

P.S. I must be popular because yeti gave me 20 credits too @_@

- You can go to the Haunted Mansion.
- You can be at the Haunted Mansion.

Even though I love rainy days ... I love that you can visit the magic kingdom any time and not have to pack your poncho.

You can move furniture around in your room all day long if you want and not get a back ache or have to get out the heating pad.

But best of all ................the people there are what keeps me coming back.

I love VMK because:

I have met some wonderful ppl that I wouldn't have met had it not been for VMK.
I can dress in funky costumes and change them as often as I like and no one cares what I look like
I can shop til I drop and never spend a dime of my own money
I can go to Disney as often as I like and never have to pay to enter
I don't have to wait in line for anything
I can be a pack rat and horde everything and my family doesn't complain about the clutter
I can color my hair as often as I like and not have to worry about split ends

I LOVE VMK because....:

* All of these fantastic friends!
* The wonderful scenes/rooms, they just all look so real!
* I really feel like I'm in the kingdom.
* And just being able to walk around, have fun, chat, create rooms, and have your dreams come true, and only in your own house!

I love VMK because it reminds me of my childhood affection for all things Disney - and keeps that part of me alive as an adult. Anything that helps me connect to that magic I felt when I was a kid and the wonderful spirit of Walt himself, will always have a special place in my heart. Anyone who knows me in the real world would be baffled by my playing this game. But they don't know I tear-up during "wishes" either.

I am resurrecting my old thread because, with all the new changes, there are more things to love!

Today, I realized I love that they paired the teleporters in the inventory!!!
