i just e-mailed Poly concierge on Tuesday night and I already received a great e-mail and my Itinerary Planning questionnaire. I am so excited I can hardly stand it!!!

I know! With one e-mail, they took care of all of my requests. No getting up at 7 am to try to get Cindy's breakfast!

Tikiman can e-mail you the form if you ask him. He is on this board. He was a great help to us!

Thanks for the email address. I got my email today. Its nice its just not a generic reply. This is my DD11 and my "un" birthday trip. Melissa wished us a belated Birthday. We are FL residents and our seasonal passes are not good during the summer months (b-days are DD 6/29, me 7/01). We both contributed some of our birthday money to stay at Poly GVC. Some of my friends gave her Disney Dollars because they know how often we go.

Short story I have to share. We were at Disney in April for a 3 day weekend. It was our first time eating at Ohana's while waiting to be seated we looked around one of the gift shops. DD(10 at the time) saw and fell in love with a Stitch watch. Me being a meanie would not buy it for her. It was about $35 and I thought a bit much for her. She loses everything. After we left I felt bad she really wanted the watch. We ended up going back in May to upgrade DD18 pass. We stayed at CR 1 night. I found the Stitch watch there. While they were still sleeping in the morning of check out, I ran done to gift shop to buy it (her b-day was a month away). Now where to hide it? Top of soft sided cooler has a pocket I'll hide it there. Well low and behold DD11 has taking the cooler to the car (it has wheels) when she decides to put something in the pocket and she finds the watch. I was so upset I wanted it to be a surprise for her B-day but she was so happy to have her watch. Again being the meanie I am I made her wait til her birthday. Sorry had to share that.

50 days til my trip. WOOHOO!
