I Love My Little Brother So Much!!!!!

My Bro is a LTC USARMY and Battalion Commander of Ft. Carson, CO! He took 5000 men and women overseas to IRAQ for 16 months. He just returned. He has a very stressful job and a ton of responsibilities and he is such an average Joe. He has a fabulous position with the Army yet he is just the greatest guy, easy going and very loving...esp to his family.

While he was overseas all LAST year on both my sons birthdays...June 14, 2005 and December 30, 2005 he flew an AMERICAN FLAG over the site he was stationed at in IRAQ. He just mailed the June 14th one to my son and we were all just moved by this gesture. So my son has THE flag and you can see all the dirt and dust on that flag as well as a Certificate of Authenticity all in the name of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

So like the title of this Thread...I love my little bro so much!!!

Just had to share this with everyone!!!

Oh...I am too...as well as my entire family... BUT his son has been there since Thanksgiving...so at one point both of them were there at different Bases but now we worry about our RYAN THOMAS and continue to pray every single day for all our soldiers serving in this World!!!!!

Wow, he sounds like an awesome person. I am personally grateful for everything he and the others have done/are doing for our country. I hope that doesn't sound cliche. I have supported our troops from the beginning and I will continue to do so. You're lucky to have such a great brother.

Naaa...you are not sounding one bit cliche..you are a caring citizen sending out love and support to our soldiers serving our great country!!!
