I gotta fig tree thats putting out twice so far this year.I have asked the nieghbors to come get them.Nobody has!:confused3
I take them straight from the tree and eat them, and they are all soooo sweeet...But I want my family to enjoy them,They don't like the peel and eat as I do off the tree.

They are getting real ripe now.A purple color and as big as a tangerine.Beautiful looking and the taste is better.

What to to do?????????

Could you dry them, so they keep through the winter?

I made a great rhubabrb and fig jam (with dried figs) which went down very well.
