so I finally popped for the CIP, go the dreaded we need to evaluate further message. I think I may be at 5/24 because my Jcpenny card is listed as just having gotten even thou it's really a transfer from their store card, so does anyone know if it's worth it to call and see if that's what the hold up is or should I just wait it out?, also on my other chase cards online I can see a spot now where I can check what my application are doing, does the business end have this, I couldn't find it any where

I would just wait it out. From what I have read here on this thread and from my aunt, the call to recon for Chase biz cards can be rather grueling.

Do you recall your wording? I'd love to try on DH's card.
It was along the lines of "I saw there is a 75K mi offer available on this card now, I applied under the 60K offer recently and would like to be matched to the 75K offer. Thanks" If they write back no don't reply to the SM just try another, some people have success after trying a couple times.

@wendow @Albort - Hi! I'm checking in and thanks for thinking of me. Lost power last night and still am without power. Endless tornado warnings and I have spent the last 24 hours diving in and out of the closet. I may have an identity crisis when this is over and am wondering what card has bonus points for therapy sessions. Despite setting up blankets and pillows in the closet I have received no owls inviting me to Hogwarts either. I'm so crushed. Oh, I also discovered that cold instant coffee one year past expiration tastes like the poop emoji. We've managed to consume mustard that is 2 years past expiration and pasta that expired over 7 years ago. If Irma doesn't do us in, food poisoning might. Just kidding, I'm not worried about expiration dates. The people on The Walking Dead don't, so why should I. We clearly don't go through groceries often enough to benefit greatly from that bonus category. Not seeing an Amex blue Preferred in my future. More reasons to love the CSR and 3x dining bonus! Ok, so I've checked in and kept it on topic. Sort of ;-)
Glad to hear you're doing ok and still have your sense of humor! For real on the therapy. Can't imagine.

wait till rejection. Like @wendow said, they grill you pretty heavily. That will be your last resort AFTER you get rejected. People even say even if you have a legit business dont call until rejection.
if you must call then i suggest reading this guide before you call... --> https://www.reddit.com/r/churning/comments/6hclj4/i_survived_the_dreaded_chase_business/

Well the branch I was going to try is no longer open. Closest branch is 3.5-4 hours away. So applied on line. Got the screen it was pending and could take 30 days. Well the impatient part of me called the business line and got them to transfer me over. The rep put me on hold and came back I was approved :-) now to wait the 1-2 weeks for the card.

Is there a way to expedite the shipping of the card?

Congratulations! To expedite, try CIP's customer service line: 1-800-945-2028.

I need advice...My CSR is coming up on 1 year. I think we are going to keep dh's (got his March 2017) and downgrade mine to a CFU. SO...knowing I am not keeping the card, should I downgrade it now before the $450 AF hits OR wait until the December statement drops, I get another another travel credit, use that and then downgrade and hope for a partial refund of the $450 AF?

That's good, it took 3 weeks to get mine. The AF will billed and practically due before the card showed up. Congrats on facing them down :)

Thanks. Figure if I'm paying to use their card then I didn't want to wait 2-3 weeks to receive it. Too bad the AF wasn't waived for the first year.

I think I have decided to hold onto my CSR and triple dip on the travel credit and then downgrade after. Does anyone know if buying Disneyland tickets will trigger the credit? Which seller? I remember that buying them from UCT triggers it but we are going to DLR next year so that I what I need.

LMTClub codes as Travel for the CSR, or at least it did in May, when I purchased DL tickets.

It worked! Thanks! Kind of takes the sting out of missing the 60K Aviator offer by 14 days.
