The crazy cat lady (me) is on the phone with Target.com, regarding my 20% 0ff coupon order. I ordered a couple hundred worth of items online because I didn't feel like going out to the store and the coupon was getting ready to expire.
I get the $300 gift card and usually use it for pet food, so combined with the 20%, well you see where I'm going.
However, I get home from my little shopping run at noon and my busted up target box is on the porch. Busted open just enough to be able to check the contents. I ordered it Saturday evening and delivery was before noon today, so that part was excellent.
But, one of the 12 packs of canned Fancy Feast (I ordered 8 of the Medley's 12 packs) was dented in so I opened it to find 4 dented cans, one of which was actually oozing cat food!
Since I started this email, Target.com has offered to ship me another 12 pack. I would have been okay with 4 new cans.
I could have returned it - pack it up and take it to the store or ship it back to them, but that is hassle for me, so I appreciate that they quickly made this little problem right.
