as expected...Sounds like they're giving themselves more flexibility to charge more points?

this offer.....Havent applied for CIP yet for DH. I went ahead and applied for the 100K Venture floating around for myself. At first preapproval denied, pretty great they email you right away with why. I had only unlocked 1 credit bureau. I unlocked equifax and tried again approved!
DP: Applied for capone leaving experian locked. I only unlocked experian when recently applying for CIP.
Can you use a hilton fnc to book an slh hotel? I'm going to guess no if they don't use standard in the description for any of the rooms. Really bummed they moved from hyatt, the points cost is insane.
My understanding is the same as yours--you can if they have a standard room reward available.
Ha ha on the name change. When did that happen? We honeymooned in SD 35 years ago and I've been calling it SD Zoo and Wild Animal Park ever since. Went to SD last year and I was like Safari Park? It was still as great as I remember though I remember more open spaces at the zoo which are now filled with new exhibits. As a Chicagoan, I recall being amazed how lush and 'tropical' everything looked.SO much easier to get back in case of emeregency at home from SD. The SD Zoo is indeed awesome, they also have some extras you can add on to your day and if you want even more animals you can go to theWild Animal ParkSafari Park (stupid name change) in Escondido.

Equifax has always been the hardest for me to unlock. I do it by the automated system answering a bunch of security questions. Maybe the automated will work for you.as expected...
this offer.....is enticing! However I think I placed fraud alert on my Equifax,so that means I have to call in to remove it before I can try for this (found a 100k link) which means I have to wait till Monday....I have no cap1 cards at all, wondering my odds of approval for a 1st card with them here...
I was born and raised in SD, I had no idea they did that. Agree.. stupid.SO much easier to get back in case of emeregency at home from SD. Yes, you definitely can book an SLH with FNCs -- I have done it a twice and am eyeing a third time (Italy). Watch for a standard room open and call to book it. They offer fantastic value with FNCs and also with points
Field is so much easier to get to IMO. But I also like to walk everywhere. If we only had time for one.... would you visit the Griffin Science and Industry museum, or Field museum? For context, we have been to Chicago before (love it!), and we will likely be back again. This is just a quick weekend trip, we have some other things on the agenda, and only time for one museum this trip. We have been to the Museum of Natural History in NYC so many times when we lived there, also been to the Smithsonian Natural History museum in DC. We've also done the Air and Space in DC. The Field museum to me seems like another natural history museum, right? Whereas the Science and Industry seems more like an Air and Space type feel, obviously not just focused on space stuff but with more sciency and tech exhibits. We're leaning towards Science and Industry museum, just because Field museum seems a bit redundant (dinosaurs), but would love input from those who have been!
We were thinking if we do Science/Industry, we could rent those Divvy bikes for the day (we love biking in Chicago) and ride the trail by the water all the way down/back to the museum. It seems like it would take around an hour each way (we'll be staying in Mag Mile area), but we'd get to bike lakeside which to us is really beautiful. Or does this seem like an excessive bike ride? For context, we do bike on our local bike trails a lot in summer, and have no problem riding leisurely for 2-3 hours at a time.Field is so much easier to get to IMO. But I also like to walk everywhere.
verizon mobile or fios? I haven't seen that add on for free. would love it!Just was able to add Max and Netflix (both with ads--I have a high tolerance for boredom) through Verizon for free for a year. Now I can start watching White Lotus season 3!
Booked our November 2026 Mediterranean (Italy, Greece, Croatia, Montenegro) on Princess using URs. Left $100 balance in case the price drops. Nice being able to travel off season. I'm sure Rome will still be mobbed, but at least it won't be sweltering.
Told DD she and her bf can use my two Hilton FNCs for Memorial Day weekend in NYC. Need to book those this weekend.
And DD realized her Freedom Flex is a MC so it won't work at Costco. Told her to wait six months or so and apply for FU.
Mine was Fios (my company pays for my cell service so I only pay for Fios). I thought it was going to be $10/month, but when I went to add the perk, it was free for 12 months. It was a very convoluted process to figure out how to add it though. And then I had to register Netflix (which was easy because they sent me a text) and Max (which was not as easy). But it's done!verizon mobile or fios? I haven't seen that add on for free. would love it!
I think the only way to know(unless you keep track)is to go back and look online to see how many you have been reimbursed for since the cards anniversary dateI know this has been asked before and I tried to find the answer, but no luck. Where can I find how many of my SWA A1-15 upgrades on my SWA visa I’ve used so far? I have looked on the app and website and just can’t find it.
Okay. I know when I had the biz card a couple years ago, I could see it online, but I guess they’ve changed it since then. Thanks.I think the only way to know(unless you keep track)is to go back and look online to see how many you have been reimbursed for since the cards anniversary date
You used to be able to view it from the website on Chase. When you login, right click on the 3 dots for the card and view rewards dashboard… or something like that.I know this has been asked before and I tried to find the answer, but no luck.
