Where can I find the Amex offers to buy Disney GCs? Are they targeted? Is there a particular store? I'd love to get some more points on my Marriott Amex since my dues are coming up and I only have $300ish from Target this year (I usually try to pick up DGCs at Target here and there throughout the year when I have extra cash.)

They would be found under offers when you log into your account. Any store that sells Disney GCs when I look up offers will be added to my card. Some are straight forward and some require a few steps. Some of the ones off the top of my head over the last year were:

Staples 10% back up to $40 in savings. I bought $400 in DGCs
Bed Bath Beyond Spend $25 get $5 statement credit - $25 DGC
Shop Small - Get a $5 credit after spending $10 up to 10X - I had this on 4 different cards. The Fluz app was a Shop Small business so I purchased $10 Walmart GCs 10 times with each card on the app. Then I used those GCs to purchase discounted DGCs on Sam's.

*ETA - Walmart GCs can not be used to purchase Disney GCs at Sam's any longer

Just to note, you can longer use GC to buy DGC's at Sams apparently.

Thinking of closing my Disney card any advice on which card to replace it with? I really only use it to pay for gas and some meals. But it's not doing much for me. I have a CFU and CIP but that is pretty much strictly for my business.
I would keep the old Disney card open, and try to use it once a year just to keep it alive. It's better credit-score-wise to keep cards open, for both the credit line available (thus lower utilization), and average age of accounts (especially important if this is one of your older cards). If it's the annual fee (AF) Disney card, you can Product Change (PC) it to the No AF Disney card.

Most of us are here for the Sign Up Bonus (SUB), which outweighs the reward categories. If the card is not valuable after the first year PC it to a no AF card.

Amex Platinum has a 60-125k SUB (worth ~$1,000), 10x bonus on gas, grocery for 6 months, but has a hefty $550 AF, and has nice benefits to make the AF less painful: $200 Uber/Uber Eats credit, $200 air incidental credit, $100 Saks Fifth Ave credit, and several less tangible benefits.

Amex Gold has a 60k SUB (worth ~$600), 4x on dining, takeout, delivery, and grocery, with a $250 AF. Benefits include $120 Cheesecake Factory credit, $100 air incidentals credit. I think this will have a $120 Uber/Uber Eats credit in 2021, and the air incidentals will end in 2021.

Chase Sapphire Preferred has a 60k SUB (worth ~$600), with a $95 AF. You earn 2x on dining and travel. Temporarily you can spend your URs to pay yourself back for grocery purchases at the 25% bonus amount of 1.25x. The 1.25x is standard bonus on portal travel purchases.

Chase Freedom Flex has a $200 SUB with no AF. You earn 5x on grocery, travel, and quarterly rolling categories, and 3x at drug stores (a unique category among cards).

ETA: After you narrow down what you like, let us know and we can provide more details about the card(s). Like the Uber/Uber Eats credits are doled out monthly.

Yes and it's a shame about that. I included the Shop Small AO as an illustration of something that isn't quite straight forward. But I will edit my post to reflect that Walmart GCs cannot be used to purchase Disney GCs at Sam's.

Chase does not change their offers often. While anything could happen, I would say that it's likely this offer will be around for months.

This is a relief. I really wanted to space out the next application, and also want to be sure I’m doing the right thing with our next application. The current circumstances make it very difficult to plan. We used our CSR points to reserve a stay at Portofino in 2022. We would’ve done the PYB, but do not currently have enough purchases to cash out the points and get the full point value back. We still aren’t even sure if the 2022 trip is going to happen. DH is adamant that we do not go on a trip while we still have to wear masks and follow social distancing.

Costco is definitely a 5% category for warehouse clubs. I usually just buy $1500 worth of Costco GC online and use them to pay for store purchases, so I know I used the benefit fully. Since I PC'd my CSP to a 2nd CF, I am shifting phone and cable/internet bills to my 2nd one from DH's CIP which we will PC next month to a no-fee business card.
is it still true that I can use the costo gc to buy in store without a membership?

In case you want to do more warehouse clubs with your second CF, your CIP can PC to CIC which always has 5% on internet/cable & phone. Mine is a set it and forget on that one.
do you know if CiC has phone coverage too?
