Thanks! I might try to make a run over to Midlothian sometime this week. I'm not out of toilet paper yet, but would like to go ahead and grab another pack before I get too low and don't have any options. I haven't seen any in Publix or Kroger near me since 3/13. One of my coworkers said she's had good luck with paper product availability at the Wegmans in Short Pump too.

I've seen it in Walmart (Saturday PM) and Wednesday AMs at Publix. I've also seen it at FL although I rarely am in FL so I may have been lucky. If I were desparate I'd try Kroger last because they generally seem to be out. I've also seen it at TJ in Short Pump. Haven't been to Wegman's in ages (since they stopped sending coupons) but that is good to know (now I want their coconut cake!).

My (brilliant) son dropped his iphone and cracked the back of it. The monthly payments are to ATT on the CIC. It doesn't look like the CIC offers any cell phone protection as the CIP does. Ugh. I never thought you needed a "screen" protector for the back. I understand the allure of the iphones but I really can't stand how they can be so delicate sometimes. My kindle flew off the roof of my car and nothing happened to it, I dropped my phone from thigh height one time and it shattered. He's going to have to tape it together with duct tape, phones are not in the cards until all this settles down.

I'm exercising my inner senior today....woke up around 6:00am and prepared step 2 of @hsmamato2 sour dough recipe. Hit the road for my run / stair workout. Came home and bread was ready for step 3. Did my weights, showered and decided to do some quilting while waiting for the bread to bake. I have no clue what has possessed me to take up quilting, but it's really pretty and I find it quite relaxing. Once the bread is ready I have to pop over to Michael's (curbside pick-up) to grab the mini cake pans I bought to make dd's b-day cake (she turns 18 a week today). I'm feeling a bit old today!

I love it! I hope your bread turns out great! and I'm always channeling my inner senior...I think it's becoming my outer senior now too

I’m sorry that happened. I think the IHG card has automatic cell phone insurance if you auto pay your bill with their card. ( someone correct me if I’m wrong) might be worth looking in to for the future.

couldnt u just start paying your payments on the CIP for a couple month and file for insurance?
im assuming DS went naked on his phone? perhaps a case would hide the broken glass until u decide on what u want to do with it.

@SouthFayetteFan HEY Cars 2 is my favorite! Take it from the mom of a 2.5 year old boy who only wants to watch the cars movies for his screen time, that one is underrated!
We are trying to show him some new movies and we only convince him by telling him they have cars in them

DS was so obsessed with Cars. He carried around a small Lightning McQueen car for years. I really enjoyed the first movie. But that 2nd one was terrible!!

It turned out perfectly! I had to proof for 90 mins in the second stage, but it baked up so nicely. I gave a loaf to my neighbor because there's no way dd and I can eat 2 loaves of bread. She and her husband loved it! Dd said it was delicious (I sampled a bit of the crust and it was amazing). I am going to bake another 2 loaves on the weekend and probably bake some biscuits tomorrow morning. This is habit-forming!

I will be looking outer senior if I can't get my highlights soon !

We have too many between me and DH and I got them mixed up It has a 0 balance and I don't need it but it's <1 year old so don't know if it's worth trying to unring that bell or if it even matters?

Personally, I don't think it matters. Chase isn't as tough as Amex on closing cards <1 year - especially as it is a business card - I think you'll be fine. Trying to undo it at this point is likely to be a futile exercise anyway so I would let it ride.

I found bread flour last week at Harris Teeter (Pilsbury) and I got whole wheat from a restaurant supply by mail order in Arizona, I believe.

It's such a struggle. I've been trying to find some online for shipping. Target actually had some this morning (AP and WW, not bread). Not my go-to brand, but I'll take it. I hope you can find some soon.

it depends on how you worded it. if you say something like "Please close my "whatever card name" ending in ####" they will close it.
if u say anything else other than that, they will ask you to confirm.

Ask your local bakery. Some people have been saying local bakeries have been willing to help get flour. They buy it hundreds of pounds at a time and during these trying times, have been willing to sell in smaller amounts.

I was looking for weeks and I told everyone I knew that I was looking and to grab some if they saw it. So I went to a local health food store in the morning and they had nothing. My friend went the same day to the same store in the afternoon and was able to snag some, so I got a 1 lb package. It's really hit or miss but they are obviously restocking.

I just scored a bag of KA white whole wheat flour at Publix. It's more than twice what I usually pay (I usually buy kroger whole wheat flour), but when I see flour, I buy it. I would like more bread flour. I have almost two full bags but I bake a lot of bagels.
