DD and I are working on our first ever sourdough loaf today. I'm using a video for beginners from Tasty because it looked easier than most. Wish us luck. It's going to set overnight and I guess we bake it tomorrow morning.
Yum! It sounds amazing. My recipe called for some whole wheat but I don't have that so I'm using mostly KA Bread flour (my last bits

) and the rest is a local "blend" but clearly is unbleached and looks like whole wheat.
It's such a struggle. I've been trying to find some online for shipping. Target actually had some this morning (AP and WW, not bread). Not my go-to brand, but I'll take it. I hope you can find some soon.
