All the Bonvoy cards and Hyatt. That's all I know, because those are the only chains we stay at.Are there any cards with free nights for anniversary date other than IHG?

Marriotts (AmEx Brilliant, AmEx Biz, Chase Boundless), World of Hyatt, Hilton Aspire. Hilton Aspire gets one at sign up and each anniversary. The Marriott's and Hyatt are just anniversary like IHG. (Unless you get a special promotion)Are there any cards with free nights for anniversary date other than IHG?
Our benevolent dictator is. I guess the rest of us are following his lead. It's been so quite here this week. Is everyone on vacation?
If you are in our private DISchurners reddit group all discussion is over thereI am trying to understand the shut downs. Is this being done by AA or the credit card companies? And has there been a history of any other credit card company or loyalty program doing this before? I definitely want to keep moving forward now that I've started, but I'm wondering if I need to spread my cards across multiple reward types and multiple loyalty companies just to not have too much exposure in one program. Any advice? Currently between DH and myself we have multiple UR earning cards, one MR card, southwest cards, and a Hilton card. Should we keep going for more UR (which was our plan) or would it be better to add Marriott, Hyatt, etc? The thing is that some of them don't seem to have business card options so we would build to 5/24 faster.
Done by AA. Play by the rules and play it safe what I recommend. This has to do with multiple SUB from citi to AA.I am trying to understand the shut downs. Sorry for the late reply. I’ve been frantically packing up dd’s things so we can move her to wdw tomorrow!Where are you planning to use it? DD got hers extended again for the rest of this year and then was (I think but not quite sure) able to use it in Hong Kong/Cambodia. She changes up on things so much I can't keep up, but if she still has it, nice to know some options.
I wish I was on vacation. My brain is in a major fog. My oldest DS turned 18 this week and I feel like I'm having some sort of minor mental breakdown. I was not expecting this reaction. It's been so quite here this week. Is everyone on vacation?
Hahaha, as a past A student myself... cliff notes are just not something that occurs to those of us with a high opinion of our own scholarly talentsY'all have perfect timing! I about lost it yesterday morning taking my daughter to school when she mentioned that she had to make-up a test on Midsummer Night's Dream. I asked if she knew what it was about. She said no, but because she missed the readings in class, the teacher would let her use the book during class. Really!?! She thought she could just figure out all the Shakespeare stuff by looking at the text for the first time while taking the test. We spent 15 minutes sitting in the parking lot looking up plot summaries and study guides questions and answers. And this is an A student!![]()
Don't Hilton free nights take a long time to post, like 6-8 weeks? (don't know anything about the grandfathered surpass though). I've read Hilton can see it before it gets emailed to you so I'd call Hilton up and ask if they see it on your account. Not even gonna try to read all I've missed.
Just came in to say I'm trying the triple dip on the Aspire airline credit before I cancel that card. Fingers crossed on that one. If it works, the 2 RT tickets to NC I booked today will be $25I've debated keeping the Aspire this year, but I don't have any trips where I could see using the $200 credit, or the free hotel night.
Speaking of which, who do you contact about your anniversary free night? I have the "grandfathered" surpass that should still come with a free night and I haven't gotten that email yet. Do I contact Amex or Hilton?
I had luck pulling up an elevated link via a normal support link in incognito on my cell phone going through LTE network after many failed attempts on my laptop for the Plat in Dec.Is there a trick I am missing to get the AMEX Everyday card 25k to show in incognito mode? Can't seem to pull it....just keep trying? I looked at support links on dischurners and they all seemed to be for 15k.
Hoping someone here knows the answer to this.
I have a United Business card. I want to use this to get a free checked bag, but I also want to book with points through the Chase Ultimate Rewards portal. How do I get the free checked bag if I am not using the card to buy the tickets?
Thanks in advance!
I totally get it. My youngest turned 18 last week. Both my kids are adults nowI wish I was on vacation. My brain is in a major fog. My oldest DS turned 18 this week and I feel like I'm having some sort of minor mental breakdown. I was not expecting this reaction.![]()
Sadly, I don't think you can if you don't use your United biz card to pay at least a portion of the fare. If you find a way to do this, I'd definitely like to know.
My little one is 21 and my oldest is married. When did I get so old?I wish I was on vacation. My brain is in a major fog. My oldest DS turned 18 this week and I feel like I'm having some sort of minor mental breakdown. I was not expecting this reaction.![]()

Those are the cards you can still sign up for. There's other discontinued cards that get nights but I'm guessing that might not help. There are others that get nights based on spend, like the Hilton Surpass will get one after $15k of spending in a year, as an example. If the Radisson card is still around I think that one may as well. (Not sure completely, just saw it in passing once when I googled this question)
That's the big guys at least, that I'm aware of.
