So I am FUMING at Chase right now. Long story shorter, I ordered a Grill from Sears and the first one arrived very damaged so I declined delivery and asked the replacement be delivered in box. Next one arrived at 8PM and the guy was in a huge rush to leave so was gone before I opened it and it had a bunch of damaged parts, one thermocouple was cut and some other issues. Called Sears and they told me to call Kenmore, called them and they had me call another number, finally they got a list of the parts and were supposed to send them out. I received half of them and am expected to take apart the whole grill myself to replace them, like a 4hr job. So I called and they want me to return it to a store but we don't have any now. They were also supposed to give me $300 in points back but their IT dept cannot figure out my account so I have not received a single dollar. They wont assist me any more so I filed a dispute with Chase. They took my info and filed it... Sears responded with their normal return policy and so Chase asked for more info. I responded again to it and now two weeks later I get ONE call that left a VM as I was driving. When I got to where I was going FIVE mins later I called back and the lady says they reversed the dispute and placed the charge back on my card. ARGH! Really five mins you could not wait for an answer, and all she wanted was clarity in what I responded with. I am beyond mad. She wants me to go to a branch to file a second dispute since I cannot do it on the phone or by SM this time since it was already reversed. ARGH!

I think blue and green are counted together. I have 4 green and one blue ( mistake). I tried for another green and message basically said max number of accounts. I can get 5 bluebirds. That is a different type. At this point, I have 4 green and DH has 5. Plus I have 2 BB and I’ll probably max that out at 5. Could even get DH 5 BB so I have a lot of runway.

I may just cancel the mistake blue one and see what happens even though it is not critical.

Just to make sure I understand Serve correctly... if it ends up not working for me for some reason, worst case scenario is that I now have a VGC, right? I mean, I could use it to buy something else with, or give it to one of my kids to use to buy something?

I haven't bought new ones for a couple of years at least. At the time they seemed just like any of the others I've bought in the past.

What you got is definitely Lego brand? (not that I am aware of any other companies that make the same type of figures)

I’ve probably spent a couple thousand dollars on Legos in the last few years. Most of the sets I bought a Disney Springs with points from my DV. My son is the Lego builder. I couldn’t tell you if the quality has gone down, but they have some pretty awesome sets. Lots of $$$$$.

ok. in the midst of my SWA scramble this am I barely noticed that P2's CIP bonus hit! So I went back in to check acct.... I haven't hit the spend yet! what is happening? according to my acct page,I checked all payment made which = $4484- counting various returns (about $5-600 worth) it's even farther away...has this happened to anyone else? it surprised me to see the points already since I know I won't hit MSR for a couple of weeks....

Chase doesn't count returns when it automatically posts the points. Of course, you'd want to continue your plan to actually meet MSR. (don't want to give them any reason to look into your account and potentially claw back later!)

Wow.. I just checked again flights to MCO are still about the same. Odd thing was the only direct flight was 10k and the next cheapest with 2hr layover was 15k. Now I checked return flights and they are like 25k! Ouch! Our return is beyond their schedule right now, but just checking the 5th/6th of June and those prices right now are NUTS! Good thing we return on a Monday. Odd tho so many flights are 'sold out' at the cheap rate, they must add seats slowly.

I've noticed a trend in recent years, the 'return' flights (the ones they know we need to get back) are usually higher than the flights out. I'm sure there's some program that calculates the numbers of people traveling,and their patterns. That's kind of why I was expecting this today. It would have been less awful if the new release didn't fall right n the middle our break week. ah well I would love a 25k flight....the cheapest return (direct) was over 27k points last I looked,and it departs at 6 am....

My boys (and my husband) are huge Lego fans. We have sets from the 80s and today. We have cataloged them and have over 80,000 pieces and minifigs including some we just bought last week. They don’t feel that the quality is diminished. Their question when I asked, “Are you sure they are Lego brand and what minifig did they get?”.

Catching up a bit but wanted to chime in with a happy birthday for all of those in these couple of weeks. Mine is a week from Sunday. I’m treating myself to an early bday present by heading to the world this Friday to participate in the Wine and Dine 10k. I say participate instead of run because it’s gonna be kind of ugly. I did about 7 runDisney events pre-cancer but really can’t run now due to after effects. But I wanted to do this to say I made it and can do it, so by golly I’m going to walk and/or shuffle my way through it and hope the balloon ladies don’t catch me . Now let’s hope for good weather!!

On the churning front, I had a massive brain fart today. I’ve been working on the SW biz performance MSR and had to make a $750 payment today. Well I had gotten my old chase disney card out of the sock drawer to take with me to Orlando for the store discounts, and I accidentally used that one instead of my SW card! The good news is that the business I paid was nice enough to refund the charge and I paid them again with the SW card. Crisis averted!

You’ll notice BA transfers are still down for Amex and now they note that on their site. Well I was abke to find a Delta flight and just redeemed 64k MR for a flight cost of $1350. 2cpp is not bad! We also redeemed 45k UR to Hyatt for a hotel room that cost $1500 so 3cpp there. The rest of the hotels are Hilton so ya know .6cpp but still good enough. I have one night of our trip unbooked for hotels because I can’t decide.

I think I’lluse the Amex airline credir to upgrade us to comfort+ since it should code as seat selection per my googling. Anyone have a DP?

1 negative DP here- I upgraded seats (domestic) about 6 weeks ago hoping to use my amex credit and it didn’t count. YMMV.
