Same here, although I'm considering looking at Princess for itineraries that DCL doesn't sail (including Glacier Bay). The AMEX deal makes it even more appealing.

You can ask to unenroll. If you pay off your card every month, you won't even notice the difference.

Ooooh! I'm eagerly waiting for my first points back from Ebates! My old account already got its Big Fat Check of $15! The MRs on my new account should be for a lot more.

I'm waiting for mine as well. I should have almost 20k coming for purchases since the MR earning capability was rolled out. I expect them to come in on a rolling basis, but it would be nice to see the earlier ones starting to hit....

Same here, although I'm considering looking at Princess for itineraries that DCL doesn't sail (including Glacier Bay). The AMEX deal makes it even more appealing.

We did Princess Alaska last summer. Glacier Bay was fantastic! I prefer DCL, but we generally had a good experience on Princess.

Which ship did you go on? I wonder if it really matters. I hear so many say Princess is THE SHIP for Alaska. Not much
about anywhere else. i'm going to venture over to Cruise Critic but i have to be careful over there as sometimes people
complain about everything lol

i went on the Mexican Rivera cruise with princess on the Royal Princess. Im not sure what kind of info your looking for.
cruise critic complains about the littlest things. i joined /r/cruise on reddit and they have quite a bit of knowledge there as well.

@miztressuz, how did your ebates MR show up in your Amex account? I have 5,500 mystery MR that have the title "Points Accelerated" in my activity detail. It could be multiple ebates MR credits, but I can't tie them out. It would be nice if they were detailed by shopping transaction if that is what these are. That's the way United does it, for example. It makes it easy to make sure I am getting all of the miles I should get using the United shopping portal.

NCL built the Bliss specifically for Alaska. Haven't been on it yet, nor have I ever sailed on Princess, so not much help!

Well what did you think on your cruise? I watched a couple videos on Youtube regarding Royal/Regal Princess. They look beautiful. Although
been on all 4 DCL ships Fantasy is my favorite.

I'm actually thinking of the Rivera one or any destination that is on the Royal or Regal ship. Did you have a good time?

My Mother has sailed both (DCL and Princess) to Alaska. She really likes them both. And doesn't worry about the ship so much. We tend to prefer the smaller ships in general, so something like NCL's Bliss is not at all tempting to us. I think it really depends on what you're looking for.

We were recently looking at cruises to Cuba but given all the travel uncertainty there we switched to a Mexican Riviera cruise. A few days later I saw that Chase would not allow you to use UR for Cuban cruises. Still googling and will post if I can come up with the source.
