I know many are frustrated with Citi today...I’m the opposite lol...
- My expedited Citi Biz showed up (overnighted) - YAY!
- This card was approved 3/21 so it was OVER 3 weeks to get the card
- I activated with no issue
- I setup a new online account for the card - again no issue (WOW - after reading here I feel special)
- I then chatted with Citi to just share my frustration of having to wait 3+ weeks for a card and being misled by their phone reps twice. My boy “Rexline” comes back with an offer: 15,000 miles for the trouble!!! “I hope that this will show you how truly we apologize for your issue”. Needless to say - I accepted...quickly!!!
Not quite flood stage but water and soap suds 6 feet high inside the tub area for sure. TMI. Lol His usual complaint is with how high the shower head is. He ends up pointing it as high as possible then I get in and it’s over my head.
Instead of doing a partial challenge, we decided to go to Universal for the day. This is something we normally would not have done because 1-Day 2-Park tickets are insanely expensive at close to $400 for the both of us & I don't feel that's worth it. Instead, we got our tickets for about 13K UR each via the CSR portal. So, now we will have a fun day that we would not have had without churning. & we get to be wizards for a few hours
