I cancelled it. I had to pay $150. I booked three nights at paradise pier with SOs account and I will book my 4th night when I get my miles back. It was so worth $150 for 4 nights at paradise pier.

I know DL is not like WDW and there are a ton of resorts in walking distance, but there is just something I love about the Disney hotel experience that makes the trip for me. Glad you were able to get what makes you happy for your birthday!

Some of the offsite hotels are closer than paradise pier but there really is something special about being in the bubble.

Work was crazy busy for me, but I don’t post here while at work anyway. One of our patients made the news and not in a good way.

I’m always afraid someone will ask why I load Serve 2 or 3 times a week. I mean, the GCs I could say I stock up for Christmas gifts or employee bonus/gifts but I can’t think of a legit reason I would load Serve with $200 x2, 3 times a week. Even if I did it with a debit card, not a GC, why would I need to?

Ha, ha! I don’t even know why Serve is needed but, luckily, all of my cashiers have never said a word.

I’ve done $2100 in Serve over the last two weeks... and I didn’t even go to Staples this week. Might make it tomorrow, not sure yet. $500 more on my Hilton Surpass and I’ll hit the MSR and get my free night so I can book one of my nights at the Conrad Osaka.

Both kids had spend $75 at amazon get 1500 mr points on their rose gold cards but I don't have it on mine. And ds has whbm--yay but neither dd nor I have it. Glad I checked the kids' cards.

Ugh, I’m a little upset that we are staying at the Hilton when we go to Disneyland Wednesday. I found paradise pier on AA vacations but I don’t have enough miles so it would still be $600 cash and I’m assuming I won’t get my 80,000 miles back that I used for the Hilton. Someone convince me not to switch my hotel. $600 isn’t a lot but I just paid $12,000 for our wedding and paid our car insurance premium. But it’s my birthday. ugh.

The Delta Vacations WDW tickets are coming in my e-mail one by one. I was practically giddy when the first one came in, lol. Then my heart dropped when the attachment said "This is not your ticket. You must still visit Will Call". I was able to link it in MDE though, so I think it's all good?

I have realized that with dd heading to college in a year our vacations will much harder to plan . I'm grateful that ds still wants to travel with me (at least for the time being).

My DS does not like to travel. He is a pain in my butt lol. I was just telling him about the Europe trip that I have been talking about planning for the whole family for right after his graduation, though it will really be as DD21 graduation gift. He was like why would I want to go to Europe, that sounds boring. Grrrrrrrrrr He rains on all of my trip planning.

Just asked younger DD to check the offers on her AU old spg card. There were 78 offers, none of which she even bothered to look at.

I was able to order the WHBM gift card as well as a Christopher and Banks gift card - 15 of 50 which will be a gift for a friend. No Amazon offers. I need to have her check that account more often. I just simply forget it.

I was checking March 2020. Lots of availability a few days ago, now nothing!
