Everytime we are in the Mexico pavillion I try to get DW to put on a sombrero and let me take a pic and everytime she says, "Do you know how many people have probably put those on and then put them back in the pile?"

A quick trip around the world part II​

Morocco

One of the other people got a henna tattoo.

Next was France. We saw a Character meet and greet spot for Belle and the Beast. So we hopped online. We opted to wait the extra 10/15 minutes for the Beast!

Personally, I thought this Belle had way too much makeup on. She kinda looked scary.

France. One of the fashion capitals of the world.

We headed into Boulangerie Patisserie for a snack. I got my first ever Disney chocolate croissant. Which, I have been on my list of things I need to bake since like forever now. That with like a billion other things...

Then we headed to a shop that was where the KidCot stop in France was, so we obviously colored some Duffy's.

After coloring time, we started to make our way to the UK.

We ran into Marie on our way.

We all piled into the Phone booth.

We went into a gift shop. Paddington

Then we headed over to Canada.
At this point it was dark and getting colder and our Soarin' FP was coming up. So we headed back to Future World

Maybe the complaining took away from my experience​

So we headed back to Future World to go ride Soarin'

The Christmas tree was still up

And lol jk, I lied. Our FP was for 6:45. Pretty sure we got there around 7:45 though.

Soarin' was another new thing for me. We got the last row, unfortunately. I feel like maybe the dangling feet took away a little bit from the experience. I also got yelled at by one of the other people once it was over because she got scared. Sorry, I told you THREE times I do not know if it is "scary" because I have never been on it.......

Once we were finished with Soarin', we headed over to the Epcot Character Spot because the wait was only 20 minutes now.

After we met the Fab Five, I looked at my watch and realized that we had enough time to go on Spaceship Earth before Illuminations started! But all of the other people said they wanted ice cream. So we went into Fountain View Ice Cream. Only one person got ice cream...

And I don't know why it took him like 20 minutes to eat the ice cream.
We could have been riding Spaceship Earth. But no. After the 20 minute ice cream eating escapade, we went into Club Cool for some of Bev. Tehe

It was about 8:45 by now and we went to go get a good spot for Illuminations. But two of the other people started complaining that they were cold. We ran into Mouse Gears for them to look for sweatshirts. But according to them everything was too expensive.....
Two of the other people and I started running towards the Disney Traders location, and I still had a not so great view... The other two, we lost temporarily. I am pretty sure they were still complaining about being cold..

I have a lot of pictures, but I will only torture you with 2, since...you know I didn't have a good spot..

After Illuminations was over, we all headed out of the park toward to bus stop. I loved that all the CMs waved goodbye to us with Mickey hands.

We got back to our house, I took a shower and then told mom about my adventure in Epcot. We watched some Stacy and all the rest of the awesome Disney looped TV stuff. While we were watching Stacy we spotted something though. It was like 2 seconds of screen time but we saw one of the people in the video at AK had on

Leopard Print Mickey ears. We both shouted out at the same time something like "OMG WE NEED TO GET YOU THOSE EARS!!"
So there was our new mission

We stayed up late watching more Disney Resort TV. I probably fell asleep around 12:30/1 am... It was ok though I didn't need to get up that early the next day

All of Blizzard Beach in 3 hours and 3 trips down Summit Plummet​

Today, I woke up again at 6 after falling asleep sometime between 12 and 1am. I don't even know. I got up and ate some breakfast and charged my phone and went on Twitter. Today we had extra time in the morning since Blizzard Beach doesn't open until 10. I took some more pictures of my beautiful house.

I am OBSESSED with this lamp!

Once some other people got up, I took a walk with one of them to fill up our mugs and pick up our merch we bought yesterday. At 9:20 we made our way to the bus stop and got on the AK/BB bus. We got to BB before they opened. I got my ticket and then we went and rented a locker to share. Once we put out stuff in the locker, my first goal of the day was Summit Plummet.

I bought a water proof camera last summer pretty much just for this occasion. Actually I have always wanted to take pictures underwater, but it was so fun to have a camera at BB

I have only been on it once, 10 years ago and I was dying to get on it again. I have always loved water parks and big water slides. One of the other people and I took the ski lift up, and we got off and walked on.

When I was editing photos after my trip, I noticed that it is actually me and the other person at the top in this picture
I got a little nervous once I was at the top I guess because it had been so long since I was last one it. But as soon as I pushed off any feelings of nervousness were replaced with exhilaration and joy. I LOVE Summit Plummet. Love love love. Everything about it. I love water parks in general but that is the best slide ever ever ever.

The other person and I met up with the rest of the group. We stopped by where all these hula hoops were and played around for a few minutes. Then some CM came over and was talking to us and he offered to take our picture. He wasn't a PhotoPass CM but he was having an awful lot of fun having a photo shoot with us. Here is the best picture

After SP, we all got tubes and hit Cross Country Creek.

If my mom was with us, this is where she would have been all day.
We almost went around one full loop, but got off near Runoff Rapids. I think we each went down different tubes/slides 3 times.

Next we headed over to Teamboat Springs. I went on this last time with a friend and my mom, and I remember thinking it was kind of boring. But this time was so much fun! More people help make it go faster

After, I think we road up the ski lift to head over to the Snow Stomers.

Hello there

The mats got jammed on their conveyor belt so we were stuck waiting for mats. I heard "HEY DOUBLE DIPPERS!" so many times from the safety spiels..

After, we went and chilled and road the waves in Melt-Away Bay for a while. Then we headed over to the Toboggan Racers so we could all race each other. Then after racing, most of us went over to ride Slush Gusher. I don't think this hurt as much as the first time I rode it when I was 12.
After Slush Gusher, I convinced one of the other people to go on Summit Plummet. 3 of us headed back up to Summit Plummet

After a second ride down, I really wanted to go on again. No one else wanted to join me. So I made my way up to the top solo. I decided to take the stairs. I ran them. Vaca workout right there. This time I wanted to try and record my trip down. I succeed. If you want to watch it, here it is. I suggest turning down the volume...

After my 3rd ride down, it was 1 o'clock (for all you math wizards, that was 3 hours in the park) and we were done. We road everything. We decided to head back to OKW. But first we headed to the gift shop for some reason

WHY OH WHY DID I NOT BUY THIS TOWEL Or the dress that was the same print. Stupid.

We made our way to the bus stop and got on. I called my mom to tell her we were heading back because we rode all the slides. she was at the main pool enjoying all the (kiddie) activities. She won a prize playing Goofy Bingo and told us to come join the party

The view from the snow stormers is AWESOME. Kind of reminds me of the view from the top of Everest.

Ok ok. I have officially become obsessed with Summit Plummet. Like, OMG. I know I already tweeted you my thoughts on it but I want all of the non-awesome people that are not on Twitter but are on here to read my thoughts. (did that sentence even make sense...? I don't make sense, so probably not...)
Holy crap, like, I NEED TO GO ON IT. It’s like the most perfect ride—well water ride—for me. I’m tellin’ ya, I need need need to go to Blizzard Beach to ride it. My mother will never in her life go on it, but it’s not like she’s gonna stop me. IT LOOKS AMAZING.

Our new BFF STEPHEN!​

We got back to OKW, hung up our towels out on the deck, and then made some lunch.

Our building was situated on hole 4 of Disney's Lake Buena Vista Golf Course.
After everyone finished eating and drinking, we made our way to the main pool to meet up with my mom.

Turtle Crawl

The games my mom told me about were ending. So we all went into the pool and hot tub for a little while. I of course had to test out this amazing new addition!

I mean, I know I just rode the best water slide in the world 3 times this day, but for a little pool slide it was a lot of fun! I recorded this one too, but I did not bother to upload it (anywhere). Got a little trigger happy too and ended it before I hit the pool water.
After some swimming, I joined the rest of the group in the hot tub. The pool was still a little chilly today.

Later on, more activities were occurring outside of Conch Flats Community Hall
The new activity was......drum roll please.....karaoke!!! AWW YEAH!
I love singing.
I sang some Taylor Swift songs. First I sang Sparks Fly. I was actually preparing for this moment the week before the trip. Actually I was rehearsing in hopes that I would get to try out for The American Idol Experience...I'll get to that later. After my first song, I got a prize. I got this cool blow up microphone.

One of the other people sang a song. Then my mom and him picked a Michael Jackson song for me to sing. Oh gawd. I can handle some MJ songs, some better than others. But I prefer to sing those in the comfort of my own home. Or car. Or patio. Or in a store when it comes on the radio. BUT no one sings Michael Jackson songs like Michael Jackson. See what I did there?
Anyway, I choose Billie Jean because that is somewhat in my vocal range. I did ok. Then I did another Taylor song. I did the song Mine.

Then the AWESOME CMs and one of the other people and I sang *Nsync's Bye Bye Bye! It was fantastic. They knew (a variation of) the dance and they were really getting into it. One of these awesome-amazing-never forget CMs name was Stephen. He was THE BEST!!! Mom and I definitely made a new BFF in him. He liked us because we actually knew how to have fun! You will be hearing about him more in my TR later on.

My mom was trying to convince the rest of the other people to get up and sing too. There wasn't many guests around. A few were of the guests joined in too. I even said we could do a group song. But no. One of them claimed they "need 8 shots to get up and sing karaoke." .........

After karaoke time was over, my mom said to me, she wanted to take a trip over to Animal Kingdom to try and look for those leopard ears. We figured they had to be at AK. Mom said to the other people, that her and I were gonna take a trip over to AK to look for something. Someone translated this into EVERYONE COME...

We headed back to the room first to drop off our towels and stuff and that is when 3 of the 4 other people decided they were gonna stay there because they didn't want to miss the camp fire later one. So mom, 1 other person and I ventured off to the bus stop.
The AK bus came but I kindaaa sortaaa forgot that since it is not a peak season, AK closes at 5. And it was 4:45.
Bummer.
So we got a DTD bus instead. Because, why not?

We got to DTD and went to WoD. No leopard ears. I already knew this though because I would have noticed that the first time I stopped by to look for ears. We wandered around for a litter bit, built some lego cars and were racing them against 7 year olds. One of the other people were texting me about making the camp fire. I told her we weren't making it back in time, but we would definitely be making the movie. Which if memory serves me correctly, they were not going to because everyone (BUT ME ) had seen Tangled already.

Of all the outdoor movies they were showing at OKW this week, there was only one I needed to be there to see. Tangled. With college and everything the past 4 years I was behind on seeing new Disney movies. This one I really really really wanted to see.

We made it back before 7, and there was our new CM friend Stephen again! There was a little pre-movie quiz and considering I have not seen the movie, I did not do so bad.

Finally it was movie time...

Congrats on getting the awesome blow up microphone!
I can’t sing for my life. I probably sound awful when I’m singing in the car or something. But that’s why I blast my music. And that’s why I’m probably deaf. Oh well…

And speaking of “having 8 shots in order to do karaoke…”, Jackie and Seth were doing shots at 8 in the morning on Christmas Day. It’s not like they have a 3 year old or anything…
And then they continued to have them the rest of the day.
Reason 29759034566457896 why I’m never going to Disney with them again.

But anyways… I hate how early Animal Kingdom closes during the off season. I mean, I understand why they can’t stay open late, but still. Animal Kingdom at night is like my favorite thing in the entire world and I just want them to stay open late sometimes. I can’t imagine going on Everest at night. That would be amazing.

And at last I see the light​

New favorite movie.
New favorite Princess. rincess:

(I still kinda feel slightly bad about my other 2 favorite princesses. Mulan and Jasmine. Mulan has been my favorite since I first saw the movie when I was 8 because she was just the perfect match to me. Her and Jasmine still and will always have a very special place in my heart.)

I don't know what it is, but I love Rapunzel.
And I loooooove Flynn Rider.
And Pasca, of course!

I made a mental note to download the Tangled soundtrack ASAP! I needed to sing those songs!

So after watching my new favorite movie, we all went back to the room. I showered because I was freezing! And after I got out, the other people decided they wanted to go to DTD. Oh really? Now you people wanna do something? -_- So I got dressed and off to DTD again I went.

I forgot to add to my last chapter, that while we were on the boat heading back to the resort from DTD, I was texting my cousin about booking a trip for the family. My mom wanted me to run the marathon. Um so do I mom
She was either thinking 2013, and book before we leave because there was this promotion about booking before you check out. Something tells me this does not apply to us being DVC members. I'm not too sure, just assuming. I didn't bother to read the entire promotion thing on the dining room table (when I would stare at it at 6 in the morning) or 2014.

My cousin (Kristen...you will learn more about her in my next TR [unfortunately that trip does not take place until OMG 1 YEAR FROM TODAY!!!!] but it will be completely worth it!) so my cousin said to wait until 2014 because she would have a baby to bring by then.
!!!!!!!! That baby is currently 4 months old. AJ will be 16 months old during the next trip and I CAN'T wait to take my munchkin to Disney!

Back to regularly scheduled program...

So during my second DTD trip of the day, I think we just walked around for a while. Got pixie dusted, again. And eventually headed back to OKW to get ready for tomorrow.

Today. Was our ADR for Chef Mickey's!
It was for 10:20, which was pretty much the time we all wanted when I made the ADR. We got up. It was drizzley. :/

We all got dressed, and headed out to the bus stop at I think around 8:30. We got a bus for the Magic Kingdom. Once we got there, we walked over to the Monorail station.

My Love.

My mom must have sensed how excited I was. I have been forever obsessed with the Monorail. Like, I am assuming my whole life. I used to say it was my favorite ride.

Again. There is a picture that illustrated my level of excitement. That is not mine.
After a quick ride on the best thing ever, we arrived at the Contemporary. We still had some time to kill before our reservation, so we checked out the gift shops. More things I need to buy.

And I found runDisney stuff! UGH another thing I should have bought. It was a nice track jacket with the runDisney logo and Mickey with "IN TRAINING" on it! HECK YES I'M IN TRAINING! Then, we put on these awesome aprons.

Eventually we headed over to Chef Mickey's and checked in.

We weren't waiting long before they posed us and took a picture with the fake mouse.*Then we were seated.

I love the artwork in the Contemporary. I love their whole theme.

I....we were all so hungry at this point. I just wanted some Mickey waffles.

Dolan Duck just called my mom crazy!!​

So. I was very hungry. We didn't see any characters out, so we decide to go get some food!

One of my favorite pictures of my 2,200 from the trip. It would be food. Mickey shaped food. As we can see, I got eggs, bacon, MICKEY WAFFLES! and hashbrowns and some fruit. The fruit I ate before I even got back to the table...

I have seen very mixed reviews about the food at Chef Mickey's. Now. I have eaten A LOT of eggs in my life. And a majority of those have been scrambled. These eggs were some of the best eggs I have ever tasted. Omg they were perfection.

While we were nomming, the first character that stopped by was Goofy. G'ha!

Next was Donald.

As long as I can remember, my mom could do some type of a Donald Duck impression-noise. Like incoherent Donald noises. She started talking to him like that, and he looked at me and the rest of the party, and signalled with a twirly finger to his head that she was
crazy. OMG the duck just called my mom crazy. Perfect!

After one of the best moments ever, the big cheese himself came out first. After he signed my autograph book (cause, you know...I AM 6) My mom made him write "CHEF" in front of his name. Oh mom. You are on a roll this morning.

Next was Pluto.

At this point, we all wanted more food. My mom was very hungry, because she said in front of Pluto "I'm not waiting for Minnie, sc--w that b---h."
Pluto started laughing, he bent over and put his hands on his knees and kept laughing shaking his head. Then he grabbed my mom for a picture.

Then we went and got more food. Then Minnie came.

I think everyone was full at this point. One of the other people was looking for chocolate croissants, but there weren't any. I believe this put her in a bad mood *forshadowing*
We paid the bill and took a bathroom break.

We headed out of Chef Mickey's and then went outside.

I was DYING to check out BLT. My mom stopped by the lobby on Monday while we were at Epcot. She talked about taking a tour so I could see it. But she didn't wanna bring the other people. Me either but I still wanted to see BLT

We headed back upstairs to the Monorail.

We got on, and rode it to the Poly.

And here is me on my favorite mode of transportation in the world (beside my running shoes I suppose)
