I leave tomorrow!

Just wanted to thank all of you for all your advice on our first DLR trip. We leave tomorrow (San Fran first for a business trip and then off to Anaheim!)
We will have 5 days at the parks. I am still debating on doing the segway tour (if it is even available), I loved the one at EPCOT.

I will for sure come post a mini trip report when I get back.

Well we are here. We were in San Fran the last few days and drove in last night. We spent the morning at DL and are on break right now. May two 'boys' are sleeping. The HoJo is pretty nice, it kind of isn't fair for it because in San Fran we were in the nicest hotel I have ever been in, in my life! We got a room overlooking the garden pool area so it is pretty quiet and we are right by the elevator, very convenient! The walking distance is SO short, I can't believe people complain about it.

It was extremely strange walking into DL being such a WDW vet. I thought it would be like a dream at MK but, where nothing is in the right spot and that is pretty much how it felt. Main St. was way shorter than I thought it would be, but that is a good thing. The castle, of course, was also way smaller than I imagined but, very charming. We did Dumbo, Pinochio, Peter Pan, the carousel, the Casey Jr. train, PotC, HM, Splash (my 2 yo's first time riding it, he LOVED it!), Pooh, and rode the train around to the front before taking our break. We were very excited to see the dinosaurs on the train ride! We didn't know they were there and had been watching our DL special DVDs (the ones from the set in the tin, not sure the name) and wondered what happened to those cool dinos from the World's Fair. We are having a great time and I can't wait to get back to all the fun!

Take pictures, relax and make sure to not make a left at the end of Coke Corner (it doesn't lead anywhere but backstage )
