About early planning... you know we're going next July to celebrate my 50th and can i celebrate without a birthday cake? Of course i can't LOL
So i have started having a look around and seen you can have a birthday cake at Plaza Garden but...would it be a character birthday or no??

I'd like Mickey to sing me :bday:!!!

is that old information you're looking at? the characters haven't been at the Plaza Gardens since around 2007.

I'm not sure you can get a birthday cake there anymore, and you definitely won't have Mickey singing to you there ;).

The thing is, even at Cafe Mickey you're not guaranteed to have Mickey sing happy birthday to you with a cake :confused3.

Your other character meal options with a cake would be Cowboy Cookout (lunch and possibly the afternoon tea party), Auberge de Cendrillon Princess lunch, or the Sunday brunch at the Chicago Steakhouse in the Village. None of these venues are guaranteed for Mickey though (although he is usually at the Cowboy Cookout character meals) and even if Mickey is about, he might not be the one serenading you with happy birthday when your cake is brought to your table.

So it looks like Cafè Mickey is the wisest choice... unless we want to spend billions in a meal at Inventions .... :rotfl:
