I know it's early but ideas for A&E wait times for mid August after RD?

We're going to WDW Aug 17 - 25. We have an ADR for Akershus for 9:45 one morning we are there. If we get to EPCOT before rope drop, do you think it will be possible to do the meet and greet and make our ADR? I'm thinking no as the lines for A&E in Dec. were always 45+ min no matter what time we were there. One can hope though

Be there about an hour prior to park opening and head straight there and be among the first. I think the wait will be pretty significant very shortly after RD
