This year it was in August. If you want to be sure you get the early booking discount you should book as soon as the rates are released.

Usually they are announced in August for the following year...so 2011 trips will probably be announced in August of 2010....

I hope they offer Japan in 2011. I know it will be expensive but DS really wants to go there and ABD would be a great way to go
