I KNEW it had to exist! Finally found Midway parking

I knew there HAD to be an independent parking lot for Midway Airport in Chicago, but I've been searching for a year with no luck. Their economy lots are such a pain, with shuttle buses packed like cattle cars. I finally found a lot via www.airportdiscountparking.com, although I won't get a chance to check it out until Thanksgiving weekend (or possibly after...we might just do a limo for that one), since we're flying out of O'Hare next month...we always use Avistar from there.
I'll let everyone know how it goes when we use them. I hope they are as convenient as Avistar! Supposedly you can walk to the terminal from the lot, but I have to see that to believe it.

Wow, that seems like a great deal. This service is available at several airports, BDL, BOS and PVD (but not MHT ) for those of us in New Englnd. Some of the locations do use AviStar...thanks for the link!

Thanks for that information Barb! I take business trips out of O'hare and since work pays for parking, I drive my own car. I absolutely hate taking limousines. I don't like the early pick-up from home, not being in control of the driving, waiting for the car to pick me up at the airport, and dropping off others on the way home. Not to mention I feel a bit embarrassed when the limo pulls up in front of my house and all the neighbor kids gather around the car. Hopefully this is safe and on my next trip, I may budget in parking at this lot.
