I knew I'd screw this up...

Made Lightning Lane reservations for the first time this morning. I did fine with the first day, but for the second day I forgot to add all the members of my party while making the reservation, so I ended up making all three LLs just for me. After I had checked out I realized my mistake and bought for the other three, but our times are off.

When I try to modify the times for all of us in the app, I'm only able to modify them separately (me / the other three).

Is there a way to combine them into one group that I can modify all together?

TIA

Another option is to wait until the day of and likely someone on the guest services team will be able to add you to the party of 3 so that you can all ride together.

I was told that they no longer do this (very recent change apparently) but it might be worth a shot.

Where did you hear this? Others have reported being able to do this so reliable proof that it's no longer being done is needed before saying they've made this change. Disney wants families and groups together. If OP explains the situation and CM can see that one guest has one time and the balance of the group has a different time, they can make the adjustment.

I've worked for Disney for 13 years. I'm not speculating, I know what I'm talking about.

If there are cast members doing this, they're doing so at their own discretion. The official policy is that return windows are no longer matched.

The system was being abused. A single person would book return times using the 7-day booking window for resort guests. Then their extended party, who did not have a resort reservation, would book return times during the 3-day booking window for off-site guests. Then the off-site guests would go to Blue Umbrella cast members and ask to be matched to their on-site companions, weaseling their way into 7-day reservations that they weren't entitled to.

I would just cancel them all and re-book. As long as you're still in your pre-stay booking window, availability shouldn't get gobbled up out from under you.
Unfortunately by the time I realized what had happened I could not match the times. I was able to get a narrow 10/15-minute overlap for two of the rides, but not for the Tier 1. :(

So sorry this happened to you. I can completely imagine me doing the same thing.

Thanks. This is why I asked because you are the first person to say this and since this in a site many come to for informed information, we need to know where information is coming from when someone suddenly says things are being differently than they have been done for months.
