Hmmm. You are right, Stacie. I don't know how I got a week ahead. Very mysterious. I did do back to back 5's as well - or at least I think I did. I think my brain has been impacted by this iron thing as well.
Why did you change your weekly walk/runs? I have to admit, I have been kind of casual about the times on those. I'm not as much a fan of the running for minutes outside. On the TM, it works fine, of course, but out in the world, it makes it harder to plan a course.
The whole weekend is a problem this time, unfortunately. I think what I am going to do is miss the first run of the week and instead do some cross training today - aerobics tape probably, since I ran the LR yesterday, I don't want to do more of the same today. Then I'll do the rest of the week on Wednesday and Friday. But should I do another 6 or just plow ahead to the 7? I can't believe I messed that up.

oops!! I could eat cereal for every meal (and have!
)
Can't wait to read more!!
it!
And don't forget - I could not have done any of it without encouragement and support either. Couldn't have done it without my C25K buddies, Kim. I really could not.
So here comes the log for this week. Just thrown in here. Fascinating reading, of course.
This is such a big one!! YEAH!!!
Seriously, I'm OK. I was really lucky and did not sprain anything. My knee is a little bruised as well, so that may also cut into my training a little, but I think it's going to be better tomorrow, even. I took some advil, so my face doesn't even hurt.
You are doing awesome.
You're right, though, it's good I got my 6 in when I did!
