Happy Thanksgiving! What a lovely celebration - faith, food, friends and family - without the hectic run-up and expectations of either Christmas or Easter.

We're feasting on Monday - here it's always a question of whether you will feast on Sunday or Monday. Monday's the actual holiday but many people who travel spend that day going back where they came from, so it's probably more common to have it on Sunday. We're having (local) company in and will be having the "normal" stuff; turkey and ALL the fixings. For dessert it's pie! 5 kinds of pie! Thanksgiving is the only time of year I cook turkey, so it's kind of a big deal.
