Ok I have been eating 1200 calories. Very healthy choices, yogurt cottage cheese Whole wheat crackers, salad ect and a smart one maybe for dinner
I have been working out 5 out of 7 days. useing the cardio buring 400 calories... WHY AM I NOT DROPING ANY POUNDS!!!!! I even went out and got a new scale.. I am getting so mad

anyway when I drop the total of 3 lbs ( thats all I want) I will have lost a grand total of 75 lbs in 5 years.. I only want to drop 3 pounds and I have never had such a hard time droping an ounce.

Those last few pounds are stubborn I've heard. That's a big accomplishment losing 72 pounds -- I would try and remember that when I am getting frustrated with the last few pounds. Is is possible that you are eating too little with your activity and your body has gone into starvation mode? 




...I would like to say that I feel and look like I lost 10.. Ive been working out and I must have lost inches, I feel great and my clothes are VERY loose on me
My DH can totaly tell also
