........hello and to let you all know that I miss hanging out here on the DIS. Also wanted to pass along some good news. I got a second job and DH got a raise. We have a place in the works and it's looking good. We just need to go turn in the paperwork. Send me some pixie dust and I'll let you know if the apartment comes through. The job is just for the holidays, but if something permanent comes along, I'm going for it. I was hired at BABBAGE'S (a gaming store) and that is such a plus for me with a DH who owns a playstation and dreamcast. No interview was done. I was called at Ruby's and he asked me to come in at my convenience and when I did the next day I was taken to the back and filled out my new hire paperwork. I guess it's a plus being friends with the boss. The wife and husband are manager's and I'm better friends with the wife. She told her husband, call Denise, get her in here, she's married to a gamer who's put a lot of money into our store! TOO COOL HUH?? Well, I'll keep you all posted. Talk to ya soon!

Oh by the way, this is the 2nd raise DH has gotten in less than 2 months. Not too shabby.
