I just ordered the Firm system 2

I've been doing WATPs 3&4 mile tapes for quite some time and was looking for something more...

What are your opinions of the Firm system??

I ordered the FIRM 1 from Ebay and love it. I do own one of the FIRM 2 tapes, and really like that too. So far, so good. It sure makes ya sweat though, and you WILL be sore! hehehe!! But, I must say, I do see a difference. It does work. Good luck!

I have about 40 different FIRM workout videos and I love the FIRM! It has done such good things to my body. It's difficult to learn at first because some of the movements can be tough to get down. Don't get discouraged, just do as much as you can and watch the tapes before doing them. Join us on the FIRM check-in thread!!
