I have a friend that just finished the program and she looks and feels awesome so after deliberating over it for a while, I decided to go for it!
I've heard it's pretty brutal and tough to stick to but I'm going to try my hardest. I doubt I'll be able to complete it in 90 days but I figure... why not give it a shot? I'm a student and gym memberships are expensive and I don't have a gym nearby, so I've really been slacking in the fitness department and I hate feeling sluggish!
Mostly I want to concentrate on how I feel and really just get my body feeling back in shape and energetic.
Have any other DISers done the program? Any helpful hints to share or success stories? I would love to hear them! Or if there's anyone else doing it right now, I would love a fitness buddy!

So we plan on doing at least 2 90day circuits of Power90 and then switch over. I personally haven't lost many pounds, DH has lost about 4-5 but I am seeing changes in my body. When we first started out, we thought that the whole "supplement" thing was just a way for BeachBody to make more money. Not so, I have a good multi-vitamin and a whey protein mix from the Vitamin Shoppe that we started last week, feeling soo much better!
