I just opened my ing savings account... it was so easy, thanks to all of you who gave us information on this great way to save money. I got my 25.00 bonus for being referred and 25 referrals to send out to help others open their accounts and get 25$ bonus money for just opening a account...

It's one of the many great things that I discovered on the DIS!!!

I'm very grateful to the OP several months ago!!

Free $25 for opening an account and $10 for referrals can't be beat!

I've been putting in $20 a month toward Disney too! It's all I can afford or I'd do more!!

Just a friendlly reminder though, if anyone wants more info (or referral email) on ING all you have to do is email someone from the Dis with your full name and email address and they'll get an ING email out to you BUT please do not ask for referrals or say you have referrals to give out or let the thread become "I sent you a PM" on these ING threads as it's against DIS policy and threads have been deleted before.

I just opened mine as well! I read in the fine print that there is no minimum balance. I am starting out small and hope to increase as I go along.

You need a referral email to get the $25.

Email someone here for it and they'll be glad to send you the link...they'd need your email and first and last name!

I opened an account for myself, hubby and two daughters. That is $25.00 in each account and a $10 ref. for the three of them!

Whatever you do, don't ask for a referral thru any threads. They will shut down the ING threads.

You can, as stated above, pm someone for a referral. Just include your name and email address.

I think about 90% of the DIS members have an account with referrals left. Once you sign up, you will get the $25 credit and have 25 referrals to send out yourself. Then when one of your referrals sign up, you get an additional $10 per person.

Good luck saving to everyone. I just rolled $70 worth of quarters in only 2 weeks to deposit. It's a great way to save for any trip or Christmas for that matter...

Yes, I am buying my car with the ING money I have saved. I love the idea of buying a car with cash.

I've had the account for two years, and have loved it!

There is a 15 page ING thread (it's perminantly stuck at the top) with loads of information on the Reward Board right here.

That is the DIS's main ING thread that is stuck at the top.
