Fresh broccoli florets, steamed with minced garlic and tossed with fresh tomato and a cup of your favorite pasta, then moistened with a splash of chicken broth.

It was delicious!!! I used chicken broth with roasted garlic and added some grated cheese. I couldn’t believe a low calorie and low fat meal could taste soooo good!

Yummy! I used to make something similar, just without the broth and Id add some fat free mozzarella. I stopped making it when I found I would eat more than the allotted pasta. ;)

Some of those WW recipes are good. Another one that I found at the same time is to sautee garlic, broccoli, onions, red & green peppers, and some chicken is you like with chicken broth a little soy sauce and a little terryaki sauce. Serve over white rice. Even DH will eat that and he usually runs away if you mention anything "diet".

Thanks for reminding of these, I think Ill have to make them again. :D
