So I'm full to the point of bursting, and more than just a little proud of myself for actually sitting down and tallying the damage. I do have to add that it is my birthday, and I just got back from the most fabulous steakhouse dinner ever!

I gave myself permission to eat what ever I wanted and I thoughoughly enjoyed myself. Now if I can just ignore the leftovers in the fridge :) Have a great week everyone!

Happy, happy birthday!!! :flower1: :cake: :flower1: :bday:

I think it is great that you gave yourself permission to celebrate, but if I were you, the leftovers would be in the trash. ;)

See, I think the beauty of ww is that you can eat the leftovers, even the celebration leftovers. I'd be taking those healthy little steak slices and weighing them and putting them in a salad, or dicing a few ounces of lobster or shrimp to put in a one egg omelet.

Happy Birthday! I do those overload point balances so that the next time I'm in the same situation I won't think "I've done it before and was ok" but rather, "Last time was 47 points and can I really afford that right now?"

1ST...

I heard somewhere that calories(points carbs etc) Don't count on your Birthday and Magically are gone as soon as we eat them:wizard:

Hope you had a GREAT BIRTHDAY!
