I Just Had to Post!

I'm so excited because our plans for our Disney trip are coming together!

We are going at the end of September, and I have been going through all the pre-Disney stress lately about tickets, car rental, planning etc.

Then my SO came up with the idea of using a $1500 (CAD) voucher from a travel agent that he won over a year ago, and we STILL haven't managed to make arrangements to use. We are going through the travel agent to get all our tickets (2 adults, 2 children) plus our car rental for the trip. It's a little more expensive than if we did it ourselves, but really this voucher is like found money because lately we have been thinking that they will make it expire on us before we can use it.

I called the travel agent today, and made a bunch of arrangements, so that's a whole bunch less to think about.

We already have our hotel (OKW - DVC members), and now our passes and car rental are taken care of without taking money out of our pocket!!!!

It's really starting to look like it's going to happen. We arrive Sept. 22. Yee Haw!

Like I said in the subject, I just had to share. Happy Disney travels to everyone.

Hi there,

Thanks for all the welcomes but I've been around for a while.

I mostly just lurk for info, but did use DIS to make a DVC points trade a couple of years ago.

I've been to WDW 4 times, but this is the first time I am taking kids, so this trip is a little more exciting for me.

Only 38 more days per the Disney Countdown!

We'll see you there! We arrive Sept 22 at WDW, then do the DCL 7 day on Sept 29th...so we'll see you that first week, I imagine! Wear those Canadian flags!
