Yesterday I was yelled at all day for my poor performance in pirates. However, more irritating was the player who felt it necessary to tell us all at the start of the game, "gl, bc I am on level tea". He would then proceed to dominate the game. Ok, I get it, your good at the game, must you also taunt the players by jumping in on a level 1 game just to prove to everyone how "good" you are. That was extremely annoying. Everytime I saw this player in a game afterwards, I would immediately leave. I mean really!!!!

I was in a Day Care as a undercover baby with bestlittlelauren. Right before we left I saw a baby say to her mom "You Sock!! I hat you you're such a big beach" and so on. bestlittlelauren didn't see, but I did. I wanted to report but I didn't afraid of them banning me for a "bad report" I hope she got banned for 1. Being a baby. 2. Cursing on a game.

Actually I spent a bit of time at pirates this past week as my work is not allowing me time for the mansion and I may be lucky if it allows me time for vmk soon, But I have heard that substitute a feathered bird for ### and I do report... I find there is quite a bit of ugliness by some of the players at pirates right now, they really don't like to lose.

I agree about much that has been said, I would Note the report and help function really need to be separated so they can deal with them as emergencies (it's a virtual game not sure what constitutes a virtual emergency but...)and report issues with multiple reports overriding single reports (unless it becomes an emergency?). Currently, when you click report it just takes you to the help function and fills in the title space. I am possitive different staff respond differently to the reports I would not want to characterize why I feel this way however.

I have got the response only ask for help in emergencies. It's like they are discouraging you from giving them more work. I don't let that bother me as I only report if I feel the person has really crossed a line and most likely makes a habit of it - my guess is many of these are bypassing bans since they surely can't last long acting the way they do. As an adult in the game who has a child that plays occasionally, I feel it is my place to call out this unacceptable behavior to ensure my child is not over exposed to these things. They should not be discouraging people from using it unless they appear to be abusing it. I don't run around looking for trouble and I try to observe to be sure a report is necessary and how they react to other players warning them.

Further, your reference, to "a feathered bird" for the #### rings way too true for me. I have had several times, players have "used a portion of my name in vain against me", and while reporting it, also harbor a bit of fear of VMK feeling they need to remove poor Donald's "species" from the dictionary just for that reason.

Don't feel bad Dory I DETEST the Pirate game. I'm able to consistently get to 220,000 on fireworks (unfortunately not higher yet) and get at least 25 ghosts in HM, but I only win at Pirates when I'm on the winning team. I'm trying to get DH to play VMK so he can do Pirates for me. He's probably good at it. I have four quests I can't finish because of this stupid game and I feel bad because I'm not good at it because I feel bad for my teammates. It does seem like over the last week there have been some really obnoxious Pirate player, though. Some are really nice, but others are really mean!

You know the game's rediculous when you have to worry about YOU getting in trouble for reporting someone doing something wrong.

Why can't things be like last May-June. Things were nice, yes, there was taken, people were all pretty much on the same level as everyone else. No one had rare things like Inferno until June 18, then they had the flop-of-a-parade.

Oh can I play, too. I had just gotten used to the old pirate game, now they switch it....I'm sticking to Fireworks.

I have had this happen to me quite a few times lately. The funny part was that it was from players on my Ship Battle team that were already sunk and expecting me to beat all the opposing team's players. I now just key in "Thanks for your help!" and wait till someone says something to hit enter.

...with 4,000 players in the game now it may be time VMK added a few more staff...

From things that have happened to me very recently I think VMK may be trying to go at this another way. I think that VMK_staff will start being much more active in the policing role and leave the helping role to us CL_players. If you are a CL do not be surprised (as I was) that every time you see a VMK_staff they send you a friend request.
