I have never cancelled a trip but was wondering what happens to your points when you do cancel. I was reading the membership guide and was confused about the holding account and your points being put back into your account. Is it correct that your points only go into a holding account if you cancel 30 days or less? thanks!

If you cancel befor 3o days out the points will not be put in a holding acount. 3o days & less will be put into a holding acount. Also make sure that you have a use year that you can bank or use your points if you cancel. I have a Dec. use year. So the days (pts.) I just canceled are just comming in Dec 2004. So I have all of next year to use them or bank them.I hope this helps . Chris
