I just bought at BWV, questions?????

We just bought (after lots of questions and research on these boards) a resale at BWV. It's currently awaiting ROFR. Once that happens how do you you transfer (rent from other DVCers) points from other DVCers. How does the use year and home resort affect the points you rent, do they default to your home resort and use year??? I will have enough points for 5 nites in a BWV SV 1BR during spring break (March). How do I do a 2 BR if I decide that's what I want (aside from the number of points). Do I need to rent BWV points and do they need to be the same use year to reserve at the 11 month mark? If I don't use rented points can I bank them (I wouldn't think so). Conversely, if I rent BCV points can I book those points (at BCV) at the 11 month point and then book the BWV ponts at their 11 month point. When and where will I find a "how to manual" for this?? Do I get that when I get my membership card? Oh so many questions??????? Thanks!!!
