I just bought a Cricut...need recommendations

Hi I just bought a Cricut. I was wondering what are some must have cartridges to have?

i find the disney ones to be a pain-too much layering!

I'm getting rid of my cartridges and getting the sure cuts a lot program-check it out

but to answer your question the most used that I have are George, Opposites attract, and Alphalicious.

Buffy beat me to it! Go and visit the scrapbookers in the Creative Community! What a great bunch of people. They were quite helpful when I was contemplating my cricut purchase in the fall.

No extra carts needed.... save your money and get the " sure cuts a lot" program.

Does anyone have the Cricut model that cuts through fondant cake frosting? That's the model I am interested in.

I really like Storybook & Cuttin' Up. I would also recommend checking out Make the Cut. I think it's a little easier to use then Sure Cuts A Lot.
