We had placed an offer yesterday and we found out this morning that they received another offer but have countered ours in the meantime! We accepted their counter but don't know if everything is good to go as the other offer might be higher? I hope we get it ( it's the 3rd contract we have bid on this week)!

I need some pixie dust today! So nervous!

Woohoo!!!!

Our offer is accepted! Waiting on the contract to send in my deposit and then off to ROFR! I hope they don't take it!

This is what we bought-

100 OKW march UY with 2012-2013-2014 points. 65$ per point!

I checked the ROFR and I know some lower ones got through so fingers crossed they let mine go
