I hope someone is kind enough to clarify a few things for me (please)

Althought I hope to go to WDW next month for the second time, the first time I went it was a spur of the moment thing, a one day deal (at Epcot) with no planning at all.

That was in late September, and we had a great day. My family (three members) and I want to go for five days this time in June.

I'm a full-time wheelchair user. As I understand I don't need a GAC because of the wheelchair, and being that my family is small we would ride all together.

However I'm worried because my mom takes some meds that make her very sensitive to the sun. Could she request a GAC so she can wait in the shade instead of waiting in line under the sun?

Yes she can. Explain youre needs to the cast member at the guest relations botth and they may give her a card to get an alternate waiting area for her. I would not worry too much though because most lines a WDW are now enclosed or completely shaded and w/c accessible.

::yes::

Thank you for your replies :)

I was worried about my mom having a hard time in the park, but it looks like she won't have to suffer from standing under the sun.

Again, thank you very much!
