I especially like that he's reassuring and solution-focussed whenever it comes to discussing the all recent changes. Instead of ranting, he talks about how best to navigate the new system and use it to your advantage.

He's funny and sarcastic but never depressing or discouraging.

I think it has to do with planning/strategy! Josh's site is a great resource for planning, and a shoutout could raise awareness for a fellow Disser who may have never heard of him

Newbie (and mostly lurker) here, but I have to pipe up and say that heard about Josh's site through DIS. I am planning my 1st trip with all of the helpful advice from him *and* DIS!

What disrespect was shown by the OP toward the Disboards? Is Josh's site not regularly cited by Disers As THE place to go to plan which parks for each day? Aren't his cheat sheets recommended here for park planning almost every day? In fact, aren't Disers some of Josh's biggest fans? I would argue that since his site is all about the parks and how to plan an enjoyable day in them, that this thread has absolutely no need to be moved.

Do you have the same reaction if someone wants to give out kudos to Touring plans or Kenny the Pirate?? Pretty sure the Dis is big enough to share the spotlight on occasion.

I don't think that Josh and the Disboards really compete much. They both offer different things for the most part.

I'll go even further and say that I like both sites and I like wdwmagic.
