I have to tell you about my favorite CM

Valerie Rendon at Walt Disney Travel! I booked our hotel(PP), Character Breakfast and passes through Walt Disney Travel. I called a week ago to get information on Gift Baskets, Valerie e-mailed me the list and over the past week answered all of my questions regarding the list. I called Valerie today and oh my gosh she was so helpful, not only did she set us up with gift baskets, chocolate covered rice krispie squares, and chocolate covered strawberries as well as a birthday button for my nephew and she said she would have signed pictures waiting for all of the kids in our party at check in. She also took our information (we are a party of 8 going in Nov), and is going to make our Character Breakfast reservations, Fantasmic reservations, and Blue Bayou reservations. I asked Valerie if I could also make our Rainforest Cafe reservations through her and she advised that those would have to be made seperately but because I was calling from Canada she would make the call for me and make those reservations.

Valerie advised that all I had left to do for our vacation was pack, she was looking after everything else. I did mention that I was not packing because I was going to shop on Main Street, California Adventure and Downtown Disney for our clothes during the trip! Valerie was great, I 100% highly recommend booking hotels/passes/breakfast through Walt Disney Travel and let them help you have the best vacation possible. I couldn't say thank you enough to Valerie.
